Hmm what if Eclipse and Yn switched places?( thinking humpback here)
In the past three have been massive whale hunting rounds for their bones and such so what if Humpback Yn still rembere those days and when Photografort Eclipse comes they do everything to get him away but it backfires?
Oh my gosh, I LOVE the role reversal here! Humpback Y/N would be bent on killing any and all humans on sight, and finding one (walking on two legs but not fleshy? What is this? Doesn't matter—looks human enough. It's got to go). Y/N gets ready to take the unsuspecting animatronic under only to have their picture taken by a terrified Eclipse. They register his slight awe for them like they're the most beautiful, dangerous creatures he has ever seen.
Well, maybe he's not too human. He can live, for now, but Y/N isn't going to make it easy for him to take pictures. When he tries, they steal him away from his responsibilities (they also like how easily he fits in their arms, how small he is yet taller than the other two animatronics.)
The intention of driving the not-human off with relentless bullying and sabotage falls horribly flat when Y/N finds themselves eager to see his faceplate again and hear what other photos he's captured and how much he cares for his brothers—this wasn't how it's supposed to be. They should have killed him already. They shouldn't trust anything the humans touch or send their way, but Y/N is very careful when they stroke the little 'sun rays' upon his head. He's so sweet and sees the frozen land and the wintery seas with admiration instead of contempt.
Y/N doesn't want to let him go.

Here ya go
Naga Eclipse learns that you're not actually staring but capturing pictures with your device, so he snatches you. The fact that you're unwilling is no bother to him; he carries you through the marsh and deep water to reach gorgeous landscapes he thinks you might want to capture. You learn that when Eclipse picks you up, it's best to settle in for the little outing and get some incredible snapshots.
When you express your desire for a particular bird feather, he returns with just that in hand. You're too scared to ask how he got it. You have to admit, it is a gorgeous gift. He only gives you a gift once you express your desire for something, so you're careful with your words. Mostly, it's harmless.
Naga Eclipse is far more into physical contact as one: he can hold you without threat to your immediate health (your anxiety levels on the other hand—) and two: he leaves his scent on you. Only he knows how much you smell like him, marked by his affection. He adores that when you return, he gets to nuzzle your neck again.
You miss him one day only to return the next and find him barely able to balance on his tail, lethargic and slow. You've learned that means he's eaten, and you've learned to not ask what. He speaks little, but when he finally reaches you, he pulls you into his arms and bundles you in his tail like a little nest. Then, he sleeps. You can't move much, but the sun feels nice. You take the chance to study Eclipse without being interrupted by his usual antics.
He's peaceful when he softly snoozes. You listen to birdsong and wait until you dare wake him and coax him to let you go so you can return the next day. He's a grump when you try. He pulls you back repeatedly, suddenly revived with energy when you try to leave. Eventually, he lets you go—but you wonder if there will come a day when he won't.
You smell sweet to him, like sugar. He adores calling you sweet mouse because of how you wrinkle your nose. He loves the soft sounds of surprises you make when he holds you. Every little gasp and squeak is lovely. He likes to squeeze you just to hear those fall out of your mouth.
He has the power of hypnotic suggestion with his gaze. If he caught your eye and brought it into play, you would be utterly charmed, but he has only used it in threats a time or two. Perhaps if you've ever been particularly distressed, he would calm you down subtly—just until your breaths evened out from the shallow and panicked gulps they were turning into, though he wouldn't hold you under it for long. He wants you as you are. And he wants you to want him.

Okay basing this off the fact Eclipse can travel waters, what if Yn tells him they can't live in one cold and he just takes them to the warmer waters?

Oh my gosh oh my gosh hhhhghghghhghg new Y/N just dropped
This would be one setting where it's not in the Arctic but Eclipse has left those waters to drift about, and look what he happens to find! A lovely little siren, hiding in the kelp.
A leafy sea dragon that can camouflage and even change colors to hide themselves in seaweed and the kelp formations they live amongst. Speed is not their forte. They also have a prehensile tail that can coil around or grasp things. They would live in deeper waters and have beautiful dark brown, yellow, and greenish hues to their leaf-like appendages over their tail with small, transparent dorsal and pectoral fins!
Every time Eclipse glides through the warm waters of seagrass, searching like a hungry shark, Y/N clings tightly to kelp with wide, terrified eyes. They watch him drift closer, hoping against hope that their tail colors have shifted enough to blend them into invisibility. But, somehow, he always snatches them out of the protection of the underwater forest and meadows. Y/N cannot run away, they simply lack the agility and speed, so they're stuck once Eclipse has his hands on them.
Y/N gets used to Eclipse's grabbiness—it's strange to interact with an apex predator that doesn't want to eat them (at least not right away.) They will relax enough to let Eclipse pull them along, his pace so much faster, and even coil their tail around him when Eclipse decides to stretch out on the seagrass for cuddles.
Y/N's leafy appendages are a great source of awe and admiration for Eclipse, and Y/N has never seen such a black and white fish like him before, especially not in their home. Eclipse loves Y/N's slow and drawn-out singing. Y/N doesn't often sing, especially when he's taking hold of them, but he'll keep his hands off just to let them echo a few notes while weaving in between the long kelp strands. He'll follow, much less graceful in the watery forest, but he never loses sight of them.

I love this!!! Ahhh, that's such a gorgeous harpy penguin design! Y/N is so fluffy and the little tail! The coloring is perfect! The flipper arms too!!!
OH I love Y/N teaching the little sirens how to call them, and Eclipse, of course, learning it from Sun and Moon and using it for dubious purposes.
Harpy!Y/N: *hears baby chirping but Off* Sun? Moon? Chicks, are you alright? *gets closer to the edge*

Could we have some more cool ideas on the humpback whale Yn? It seems like such a amazing idea! And a idea where Yn isn't completely weak against Eclipse makes me shimmy in my blanket from delight! They could have good fights! Maybe even Eclips would use that to make cute markings in their fights! Like Yn chomps on Eclips, who makes a heart with his claws on their back where they can't see but others can!
Hehe, of course!
Eclipse would rake Humpback Y/N, dragging his teeth across their skin to leave a faint mark—he could do more damage if he pleases, but it's more of a playful scratch than an actual means to wound. He is still trying to dominate Y/N and marking them with his teeth is a lovely way to show his claim.
Y/N is more than able to get him back by protecting prey he might otherwise have scarfed down. They flip onto their back and pull the would-be-meal out of reach from Eclipse and he can do nothing but circle, waiting for Y/N to take a breath and roll back over before he launches an attack on the squirming creature. More often than not, Y/N cuts Eclipse off from pursuing and keeps him busy with a struggle, and Eclipse is left without a meal (for the moment).
The teeth in Y/N's jaws aren't the sharp-like incisors that Eclipse possesses, but during a fight, Y/N will nip Eclipse's head fins or shoulder, anything to surprise him with a quick pinch. When he smirks and asks why they stopped the nibbling, they'd shove him away in a huff of anger while hiding the blush on their face.
Eclipse can succeed in pinning Y/N against a shelf of ice on a rare occasion, all taunts and steam-hot hisses, but this close and with so little space in the water and the brush of his flukes against theirs, Y/N might find themselves stealing a kiss from the enemy.

Adding up on my "plap" ask
King penguins shed their feathers after a winter cycle so I imiaged Eclpise calling harpy YN but only seeing a pile of feathers. So he freaks out and quickly follows them to find Harpy Yn just plucking their old coat ✨
Oh my gosh, I was just researching molting last night!! For penguins, it's called a catastrophic molt because they lose their feathers all at once, and man, it's like an exploding pillow!
Poor Eclipse!! His sad eyes, ahhh! He probably thought the worst until he finally laid eyes on them. They're just shedding their old coat for a new one, it's okay (just another stark difference between species that makes for interesting misunderstandings!) I am devouring your art ♥
Another aspect of molting for Y/N is that they can't go into the water as they're no longer water-proof nor as heavily insulated against the cold, so that means staying on shore and not eating. But this time they're not alone. They have some young sirens to tend to, so, as vulnerable as they are in this stage, Eclipse is more than happy to hunt some fish for Y/N while they keep the little ones safe and warm.
I'm sure Y/N isn't too fond of how they look in this process, but Eclipse will help them clean away the mess of feathers while telling them how beautiful and handsome he thinks they are. Y/N thinks he's being mean, but he keeps insisting and then cuddles up with Y/N with their babies in between. It's hard to keep refuting him when he still looks at them the same, all hungry and in awe.
