Some BACC pics later tonight! Are you excited!? I'm excited! I went on a teensy little break to focus on my channel a little bit but, in typical me fashion, swiftly got a bit bored with that. Not to say I'm neglecting it, but I tend to go full steam ahead with things that catch my fancy. So, in an effort to pace myself, I'm taking a short break from my modern game and booting this old thing back up. I'm excited to see how the Trouts play out.

🪓🤺 Brokejaw Training Ground
How random, right? Well, here's my reasoning. I wanted the Brokejaws to own a couple of lots (they earn quite a pretty penny from Qaletaqa and Ayizan's wages), but I didn't want every household in my neighbourhood to feature OFB gameplay. It would get too same-y and repetitive, which is not what I want! To combat that, I concocted an evil plan.
You know how, in the Sims 3, you could become a business partner to certain lots (movie theatre, sports centre, etc.)? Well, why not have something like that in my hood? With Simlogical's Lot Rights mod, I can collect earnings from community lots after buying out a portion. I've never fully tested this mod out, so we'll be figuring it out together. For ease of gameplay, I pretended they bought the whole lot but just don't run it as intensely as an OFB business. With the added upside of not tapping into the Town Treasury... it's a win-win!

⛏️ Gold Rush Mines
This once bustling mine has certainly seen much better days. With all the miners skipping town, the caves seem riper than ever. Old warehouses abandoned, filled with minerals, materials, and miner's equipment. Perhaps there'll be something to find here?

Dealing with the apocalypse is hard, even a couple generations after the fact. Treat yourself to somethin' nice!
View this as more of an extension to their home, and less like a proper business. Kinda like Mirza's shack that he sells goods in!

A small addition, but look! The second floor finally has furniture. It's no longer glorified deco for the sake of being pretty. Surprisingly, sims do not go up here... hopefully when we rank up people will want to come up here.

💒 Adageyudi Plaza
For the traditional Cherokee wedding, a council house is essential. However, it can also serve as a hub for the community. With the more egalitarian structure of your typical Cherokee community, there's less of a focus on who is in charge -- and more of a joint effort from everyone. Pretty neat!
Based off of this council house. Watch the speedbuild here
