I’m actually thinking of attaching a bird feeder in a corner of the window here - one of those clear ones with suction pads, not the most attractive, but I’d like to encourage the red squirrels as well as birds to come really close. Think I’ll give it a go. If it works I should get some great pics 🤞 Did you see one of my stories yesterday of the goats cheese that I stuck edible flowers on? I’d never used flowers as an ingredient before then, but I think I should more. I remember having a delicious salad which had marigold petals sprinkled on the top - it was in a cafe/bakery in Dunkeld (owned by Flora who was on Bake Off a while back) I’m a massive salad fan - I think my favourite is poached salmon and strawberries. I remember years ago someone telling me they loved that combination and I just thought they had a very weird palate, but they clearly were very ahead of their time, or I was behind! 😂 What’s your favourite salad?
