things i hate for my little hate blog: girl in red and the term cottagecore and the 2020 style jokes about wlw yearning
#for the tags: transphobia and i think misogyny maybe??#early quarantine really scrambled everyones brains#like my straight friends were making jokes about these things#the constant implications that relationships with afabs are inherently healthier and more pure and innocent#i was gonna say women and nonbinary but we all know how they viewed any lgbt person they didnt view as afab#and the implications that women cant be abusive and that viewing women sexually is corrupt and evil#and i really do get why yearning is such a common stereotype with lesbians#but the way some ppl joke about it... do you guys know that yearning isnt super healthy??#you do know that right? that its actually bad that lesbians are often forced to hide their feelings to protect themselves?#and w/ cottagecore ppl i only really trust the ones that prove they dont have some bigoted ideals lol
