Hey accounting/architecture buffs, has anyone ever done even a ballpark estimate as to just how much it would cost to build a skyscraper a) tall enough that its summit (?) reaches above the level of cloud cover typical in Manhattan, and b) structurally sound enough to support a 10th century Scottish castle at that height above its base?

I just wanna know if Xanatos spent more on it (adjusted for inflation, of course) than Muskrat has on Twitter.
