thinking about minori talking to godai about how ichijou doesn't really smile much and godai being all smiley like :). yeah i guess

#the man who gets to see a smiley mr stoic detective all the time :). 👍🏽#well us too as the audience#you KNOW I don't like the whole mika crushing on ichijou for years thing from the novel like if it was a fleeting hero worship#like a starstruck kinda way it would be passable ANYWAY what I want to say is that it's interesting that mika impersonated godai#for as long as she could. like she acknowledges the fact that yeah she wants them to meet again#but she also wanted to be someone who could make him relax someone ichijou could rely on and she ended up trying to be godai#it's adorable how she looks up to them in that hero worship way since she was a kid... anyway I love that everyone always acknowledges#How Much godai meant to ichijou and how he turned his world upside down. everyone's reassuring by the end of the series#but I don't think anyone ever noticed if that also went the other way around. the closest were Mika herself as a kid after the competition#when godai directly talks to her about how he sees ichijou to comfort her after a very scary event. and minori in this episode#like she always smiles while directly looking at her brother when voicing out something she already knows#and godai is always smiling back without looking during those timea#anyway this should've been a whole text post instead of tags fuck !!!!!#ginni stop talking
