guys were sooo back i even made a todo list for this weekend n im quite confident its doable :33
#like my problem with todo lists is that i wanna get EVERYTHING done so i strongly overestimate how much stuff im physically capable of doing#which means im not completing my goals which makes me disappointed and discourages me from working further -_-#but now im like iknow this thing is gonna take up all my productive hours in a day so its ok to plan just this one thing for the day#<- silly as it sounds but productive hours a day is another concept im learning. like who cares if theres 24h a day if i know that#i can do intelectually demanding work for like. a total of 6 hours at best. obv excluding breaks etc#but if i try to make my total studying time longer i know ill start feeling like my brains boiling inside my skull#thats another weird thing ive realised recently. mental exhaustion is literally a palpable physical feeling#idk why i find it suprising since the brain is literally another bodily organ so it makes sense it tired similarly#alright sorry for rambly tags i rly need to get that journal. back to the notes !#thots
