#4/6 of these are just straight up wrong like entirely unexcusably wrong#they are not in soviet yiddish orthography also. which like. fine. whatever whatever.#london is spelled without the kometzes which. okay fine. not like. outright implausible#but moskve is spelled emoskv. london is spelled lyondon. berlin in russian is spelled berltsn and in yiddish is spelled nbeli#like how did this happen????#was it meant to be a joke??? but there was no explanation of it in the soundtrack!#there were a lot of research gaps in this musical but i get it's difficult especially if your only language is english#but how did you misspel the names of cities????????#literally google translate would have told you this was wrong#and even if google translate had just directly transcribed the english text. it STILL would have been more correct than this!#this is from soviet zion: the musical btw#which is about birobidzhan
