BECAUSE ALL IVES WOMEN ARE POWERFUL AF.#but jane connects to both janessa and jane.#janessa because it's the name her mother intended for her. and it connects her to her grandmother.#(it's the whole not having family for thirteen years thing. and then finding out you were NAMED AFTER SOMEONE.)#but she also heavily connects to jane because she physically hears her mother calling her that.#in the void / the hospital flashbacks. but also terry mutters “jane” a lot in her state#like alongside the 'sunflower / rainbow / three to the right thing.#both names are swell and she connects heavily to them#(but if ur muse EVER calls her janessa in a thread..... it may just add a year onto my life expectancy..... i want it...... )
