i have like, a very vivid image in my mind abt how id structure an ooe adaptation but i have no idea how to word it concisely even though it does actually streamline a lot of plot elements from the game. so its just gonna have to live in the overly complicated google docs summary forever ig

#anyway the important part of this is that in this hypothetical adaptation #shanoa and laura get to go on a fun little gay trip through tristis pass together <3 #albus dies like immediately after he absorbs dominus in oblivion ridge though which kinda puts a damper on the whole thing #but i also have him possessing a golden eagle bc its easier to explain than canon ghost albus and the Belmont Essence #'i have unfinished business and i possessed this eagle to see it through also i am your ghost companion :)' <- see thats easy #also birds are cool #its like. shanoa finds laura in the monastery and nikolai is the only one left in wygol #and then she saves everyone else in minera. if that makes sense #also albus would straight up be trying to drink the blood samples which is kinda fun #and lauras character arc is mostly in the Fun Gay Tristis Trip lol #laura acts as more of a sidekick than in canon but i thought it would be good to have Character Interactions #ALSO ALSO dominus is just one glyph not three. idk if i mentioned that #and laura doesn't come to the castle #shanoa gets to have Character Interactions with bird albus instead during that part of the plot #<- none of this makes any sense unless you live in my brain #ur gonna have to trust me. its Streamlined. i can see some scenes very vividly in my head
