- Mr Adam Siglon, your local old stickler square. The official advisor for Chief Circle and his family, and will make sure you’re very aware of this fact. He knows all about the legal side of things and is well informed in his role, but he would much rather pester the Circles in his free time. He’s not very popular, as you can imagine, and is often holed up with work in his office beside the boiler room. Whenever he’s not in his office, however, he’s usually found tagging along after the youngest Circle trying to “guide him on his life’s path” (and pushing his personal guard into the wall or tripping him up).
