dear fic readers and writer friends, I seek your wisdom.

long story short, I discovered the only way I can progress in my fic is if I have nearly every detail planned out to the end, or else I'd risk writing myself into a corner.

BUT! the idea of prewriting all the chapters doesn't sound that appealing to me?? I'm the kind who gets huge motivation from uploading as I go. 😭 not really something I want to give up on.

so: any suggestions on what to do, that could be middle ground? 🥺

#if you're curious before I had just the major plot points + reveals + ending + most important lore planned #but as of late whenever I flesh out the chapters the inconsistencies and plot holes jump out at me #it's those damn details... though small they cause huge ripple effects dheheejjee #so it'd be best if I sat down at actually nailed out the details of each chapter until I find a path that works #but adusjsjsjs
