Probably post artifact changes Sentinel because he retains his sentience and regains a lot of his psychological bearings after yeeting the artifact in the deepest hole he could find, despite the changes

Plus, his new form has had the time to actually get to a moderately healthy state

He's still rather altered, but it's went in a different direction than Bad Ending / sparkeater!Sentinel and he's forged his own path rather than being a puppet / pet of nyarlathotep
