Oi, cthulhu has been meaning to post this

Redesigns- there are 4 designs for y/n in the brushogun au in which they give a bit of variety of look and a bit of personality that best suits your oc's and such

Old design- y/n is mostly the same in design I just have to redesign the hat b/c it ain't hitting chif

What the hat and body of y/n would mostly look like-

Now a bit of lore-

Wally meets y/n as a child when he was out looking for Poppy's decendencs and looking for the cure for the mysterious disease that starting to pleg the neighborhood. Wally have saved y/n from a giant beast, bring them to safety, and then gave of his old scarf as a gift when he left. Years latter y/n has grown and has become a shawman that was widely know as the faceless shawman since whenever they are called apon to get rid of dangerous spirit beasts they have never shown their face.

Throughout the years y/n have heard through the grapevine of rumors of have theirs a ink demon on the loos where wally's neighborhood used to be. And yada yada Yada soon have a fight with wally that was consumed by home, learn that is wally, sealed them away, recarnates into the future of a more modern world, and If you've seen teen titans trouble in Tokyo then ya get the gist on how it would end.

Ps- u can change a bit around of this to fit your character's back story in this au of mine, this is just a base to work off wit.

Next Cthulhu would work on redesigning wally and then create the rest of the characters and the magic system. Cthulhu is very tired (-^-)

Brushogun au

Woo, it took a bit to finish this, but it's here (^-^)

NOW FOR LOREEEEEEEEEEEE

The neighborhood takes place in a distant past Japanese inspired type era where everyone in the neighborhood would come out to entertain and bring joy to people, especially kids with magic, and artwork that would come out from ink and become alive.

They would require you to bring one candle for each person, that you have made by your own hands to be able to come into the neighborhood. The candles are then stored in a shrine and only a few would be lit and stay lit until they are finished, and then the next few would be lit. (The candles are the things that keep them alive)

As time goes by, one by one the neighbors would suddenly die from a unknown disease of some sort that make them bleed out black ink, and no one was able to find a cure for this, and only wally is left.

Depressed and alone, wally would recreate his friends with ink, and would make excuses to the people and kids on why they look a bit different from before. This worked for a good 30 years.

After 30 years, less and less would come by as the days pass, and wally would get increasingly desperate to have people to come by. He wouldn't show his desperation and would act kind and respectful, but deep down he is having panick attacks and mental brake downs, but you couldn't tell since wally was extremely good at hiding it.

In a last ditch effort wally created home, a small cute blob of ink that turn into a crude humanoid house person, it did work for a bit, but it's dubbed a failure.

Home could see the pain and desperation that wally is going through, and would constantly see wally worry about the candles he has left before they ran out, home wanted to help solve this problem for their creator.

One day home found out it could take souls of people, and also found out that souls of kids would extend wally's life far more than an adult. Home show this to wally, and wally was disgusted by the idea of taking innocent people souls, let alone kids souls.

Home wanting for the best for wally decided to take over wally's body for his own good. It wasn't easy for home to take over since wally is strong and skilled in fighting, but eventually home won the battle.

Wally now trap in a mental landscape is force to watch home take souls for years to come, and it became a folk tell legend for people to tell kids to not go over to that neighborhood and don't go out late at night, like a boogy man story.

Their's more to it in smaller details, but I don't want to make this post too long, and I might change and tweak the story a bit here and there in the future.

I'm willing to hear criticism and ideas on what to add or change to make the story better

Ps: I got this idea from teen titans trouble in Tokyo, and what to put a spin on it b/c there's not many charaters that I've seen that use ink as a power in a cool and interesting way so ye

This took me the whole week to finish her, sooo many colors man \-^-/

Little more about Poppy:

When wally has first meet poppy, it was a battle between them two b/c wally had been too close to her nest of eggs. After a long drawn out battle, both were evenly mached and had been severely injured, and when wally was on the verge of passing out from execution, he was able to convince her to join the neighborhood. After that poppy healed him up and herself

I also change her hight to 12ft tall b/c BIG BIRD
