This woman (played by Janis Paige, who is STILL ALIVE at 101) has such a wild attitude and I love her hair. She's calling Columbo "lover".
She then tells her Japanese masseuse to say goodbye to Columbo and the masseuse speaks in Japanese, calling him Columbo-san.

In Columbo, season 1 episode 8, "Blueprint for Murder", a Japanese character has a few lines. The character, being a service worker, is told to "Say goodbye to the Lieutenant" before she leaves the room. This is what she says to Columbo.
Dozo yoroshiku. Columbo-san. Anata wa suteki desu. Anone, watakushi wa anata suki desu. Anone, dewa mata. Sayonara.
I looked, and I couldn't find anything about this online. I made a very rough translation via online transtators (I don't know any Japanese).
Nice to meet you, Mr. Columbo. You are handsome. Well, I love you. Well, see you soon. Goodbye.

Kinda surprised that people in the 70s would dare to tell smokers not to smoke.
