Yokoso Konjik Hototogisu (SOBA HOUSE 金色不如帰) to Toronto❤️🍜❤️😋❤️🙏❤️ * Yooooo, all the Ramen fan!!! Now we can have Michelin quality Ramen in TO🇨🇦 I was lucky to get invited for the private tasting by @therealdklo event at @konjiki_ramen : This restaurant has been featured in Michelin Guide Tokyo’s Bib Gourmand section for three consecutive years and they are well-known for its shellfish broth made with clams. Their ramen has received praise from ramen fans, as well as the chefs of famous restaurants around the world🌏!! - What whaaaatttttttttt🙌 * The broth is a double soup, made by blending a meat-based Japanese dashi with clam broth. You sip once, and you go for the second sip right away😋✨🍜✨ * Dang, writing this review making me want to go back😋! * It was freaking delicious!!!! That's all I can say. * I couldn't leave even a single drop behind in that bowl, guys..... Michelin quality Ramen Y'all!! * I was lucky to get invited for the private tasting by The DKLO event at Konjiki Hototogisu : This restaurant has been featured in Michelin Guide Tokyo’s Bib Gourmand section for three consecutive years and they are well-known for its shellfish broth made with clams. Their ramen has received praise from ramen fans, as well as the chefs of famous restaurants around the world🌏!! - What whaaaatttttttttt🙌 * I have ordered the simple shoyu soba. Toppings are Hanjyuku tamago (Soft boiled egg), Hosaki-menma (lactate-fermented bamboo shoots), two types of green onion, chashu. * It looks amazing and the ingredients have a fantastic fragrance to them. I could not stop inhaling the it! Before you even taste it, it already surpasses what you imagine this ramen to be🤤 drool... * The broth is a double soup, made by blending a meat-based Japanese dashi with clam broth. You sip once, and you go for the second sip right away😋✨🍜✨ * The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles made with whole wheat flour. They are soft, but at the center they have a bit of firm texture left, which makes for an excellent finish. * Who is my team whom can't help but save Chashu to the end😂? ....The chashu is slightly rare roasted pork shoulder. It was sliced somewhat thick, and it has a bit of chew to it. There is a gentle but meaty texture to it, and the chashu’s umami spreads throughout your mouth each time you chew. Darn, writing this review making me want to go back😋! * It was freaking delicious!!!!  I couldn't leave even a single drop behind in that bowl, guys.....
