god I don’t wanna go to work today
#the schedule has been Fucked the past two days so making the cna assignment is hell#we have five ‘princesses’ who only will accept a certain cna#and they haven’t been giving me ANY OF THOSE CNA’S#ONLY THE NEW GIRLS#so no one has been happy I’ve been yelled at for the past 2 days#and one cna always ends up fucking overworked and under appreciated#I’m trying to pass meds and Do My Fucking Job but have to stop every two minutes#to calm an angry patient or find a cna who’s off pouting and tell them to answer their fucking call lights#because we’ve had state at the facility twice recently because of call lights going unanswered#the kitchen has been fucking up so bad lately#they didn’t deliver 3 trays during dinner yesterday and the cna’s didn’t tel me until AFTER the kitchen staff left#so that’s three patients who didn’t eat dinner#and just AAAAAAHAHFHDHSHSHSJSJ#being a charge nurse fucking sucks because everyone is older than me#and they don’t like a ‘kid’ telling them what to do#especially when o stop being the ‘cool’ charge nurse and start telling them to their fucking job#I DIDNT MAKE THE SCHEDULE I JUST HAVE TO MAKE THR ASSIGNMENT#IM SORRY YOU DONY WANT THAT PATIENT BUT SHE WOMT TAKE ANYONE ELSE#SO YOURE STUCK WITH HER#FUCK#I needed to vent abt this#delete later
