#white girls will be like all the beatles were fuckboys! 😡😡 except for george 🥺#i love how well curated george's image is you have to give the estate that#i say that as a compliment#it never comes across as phony like john's does#and yet they do a great job of hiding the skeletons of george's histoey#like ..i love how even the discussion of the beatles appropriating indian culture and the consequences of that#is always generalised on the beatlrs#and never on george#even though it should be because he was the one appropriated it to the point of making it his personality and brand#and no one talks about how hypocritical his politics were#even if they do they do it in a jokey 'aw look at our joj' way like it never veers into the territory of serious discussion and analysis#the way it does with john and paul#makes me think of what that anon on eppysboys said recenty#people are so quick to jump on john for imagine but ignore that george did the same with his ENTIRE career#idk the inherent hypocrisy in the whole George Harrison image and brand hardly gets discussed#george is still my favourite ofc...but still#speaking from a very narrow identity politics point of view i have much to resent him for#to delete later
