Today i should have run the @marathonrotterdam #demooiste but as many things this was also canceled. So i did a easy round not pushing meslef to much but its was a new #pr for the 1/2 #marathon so a bit proud. I enjoyed the silence. And i’m happy with te result. Now waiting for oktober.
