once more (always) thinkin abt my hiro lives (akai helps him fake his death) au.... dunno if I've talked much abt the 5ish years in America. So many things happened but also it was such an awful sense of powerlessness.... n with how hiro is abt getting other ppl "involved" in his problems I can see him accepting akai's help to b something that weighs on him 4 a good while. Sort of digging into what wps kinda touched on with him learning to lean on others and that he isn't really responsible for any life but his own... think the catalyst 4 this is def the not so accidental car accident where idk. He realizes he doesn't actually want to die anymore? and then begins to adamantly take ownership of his own life and actions. kind of also going on what wps was very vaguely hinting at (and would have explicitly stated if it was. Better </3) his feeling of being failed by those in power/having to take things into his own hands. but also having that balance of being able to rely on others for help while taking full responsibility for all his actions, if that makes sense? I'm rambling. But hiro......... yeah......
