I've got so much on my mind tonight, I tried to draw to peace me off. Haven't felt that anxious in a long time. I really don't understand why... you know... some people will just decide that you're the right person to tell their problems to. We barely know each other. Why are you telling me so much about you? About what hurts you the most? Don't you see it's awfuly dangerous? "Are you stupid or what?" (A question I didn't ask out loud) But seriously, why are you ripping your heart wide open in front of a complete stranger who just happened to possess (a lot of) empathy?

I should have left the table. I should have told her I don't know what to do about her problems. Instead i took a lot of my time, to guide her to a brighter state of mind, to explain to her that it was ok, that I understood her. Because I do. I understand people.

They never understand me, tho. I wonder why life is so unfair. And now I've got another stranger's problems running through my head, and I can't sleep.
