Can you talk about Kilo (84) please?

Clio is one of the nine muses, or mousai, of Olympus. The muses are considered lesser goddesses who serve as inspirations in the arts and sciences - they are also considered the source of all knowledge. All muses are thought to be the children of Zeus and the titan Mnemosyne - he allegedly laid with the titan for nine nights, hence nine muses. Clio's name comes from the Greek word kleô which translates to "to proclaim" which fits her inspiration. Clio, in particular, is the muse of history thus she is often depicted with scrolls or books at her side. While there are very few stories about this minor goddess and muse, there is a tidbit regarding her proclamations. The first myth I wrote about was Adonis and I had a similar reaction as Clio did. Clio thought that Aphrodite’s affair with Adonis was wrong - so Clio essentially ridiculed Aphrodite for her affair with Adonis. Aphrodite in turn got revenge (as she typically does); she made Clio fall in love with an older king (likely Pierus but there are some contradictory sources that say differently). Out of this union came a son, Hyacinth, who would become a Greek hero and a future lover to Apollo. IN MY OPINION Clio represents a) how well you do in history, b) where your interests run deep, c) where your views are controversial and may catch a lot of attention from others, and/or d) political stances.

i encourage you to look into the aspects of klio along with the sign, degree, and house placement. for the more advanced astrologers, take a look at the persona chart of klio AND/OR add the other characters involved to see how they support or impede klio!
