Things have been a little more colorful in the studio lately as I stock up on cards and banners and other bright things for #artbeatsomerville in two weeks! You may not know this about me, but I've always had a conflicted relationship with color...on the one hand, I love the subtlety of white on white, and my professors in college often critiqued my lack of color in my projects...on the other hand, I love crazy color combinations, the more contrast the better! Purple and turquoise! Yellow and green! Pink and teal! I'm working toward using more color in my architectural portraits, but in the meantime I'll get my fix with colorful YAYs in all different sizes! Are you a more is more person when it comes to color?
