"What are you doing here?" demanded Eddie.

"Saving your ass," said Angeline. "I knew there was something going on."

"I'm not talking to you," he snapped. He threw down the stake and strode past her, toward the entrance of the alley. I followed with my eyes and saw a tall, slim figure standing there, her hair glowing in the light of an overhead lamp. Jill. I remembered the water on the ground turning to mist, and it all made sense.

"You have no right being here!" exclaimed Eddie, coming to a halt in front of her. It was one of the few times I'd ever seen him angry. I'd certainly never seen him angry at her. He cast a glare back at Angeline before returning to Jill. "They shouldn't have brought you."

"I have every right to be here," she retorted. "When Angeline finally convinced us, I knew we had to help. And we did."

Eddie was undaunted. "I don't care what they do. If they want to endanger their lives, so be it. But a princess of her people has no business putting herself in danger."

"A princess of her people has no business sitting off to the side while said people are in danger," Jill returned.

"Do you have any idea what could have happened if--"

"Oh, shut up," she said, reaching for him. He flinched in surprise, but one she started kissing him, the tension left his body. I shook my head and looked away.

"Oh, man," I said to no one in particular. "This night is just full of surprises."

Happy Fanelli Fest!!

I didn't have anything for day three planned so I did a drawing for day two: the gay scene!! @fanellifest

Some info on the leather I've drawn him in: In the late 1970s and the 1980s Joe would frequently play at clubs in New York, namely the Saint, the Anvil, and the Mineshaft. All three clubs were known for their leather scenes. Here I drew Joe in a leather X harness with the studded band on his left bicep, signalling in the clubs that he was a Dom/Master, which he was. Even gifted Freddie a wrist cuff that said "PIG" on it ;))

I LOVE them SO MUCHHHHH!!!

*sounds of sobbing*

This podcast filled me overbrimming with emotion from all the love and the hurt that follows with it and how everyone tries but things only get better and worse all at the same time because everyone's so messed up, so fucked up, just like in real life, so they don't know how to love right, how to feel, and how could you? There's no good answer and I love how all of this is encapsulated by Mistah Wood's amazing song: "when somebody needs you" it's all about needs and love and how disgusting and hurtful love can be and how it's not all beautiful or tragic as Hollywood romanticized it to be

And I love them, Jeddie and Sydney SO much. They're both so hurt and I just want to solve their problems with a big ol' hug but that wouldn't solve their problems, they're just like me, they don't know how to solve their problems, they've just got to try

Also of course the pink elephant man is a perfect vessel for eerie cryptid magic

And also the entire show is so goddamn funny

It tears me apart

And speakes to me volumes

Is so real

And so wacky

And so funny

And honestly one of the greatest things I've ever listened to
