#fic#wip#a little creature#she's soo hypocritical and can be such a nasty mean girl about it i love her#not that i don't love writing for pearlina but i do need my dose of mean girl nonsense every once in a while#shoutout to ryoko kui for teaching me that you can let your characters be messy and terrible#without anxiously trying to redeem them immediately#loving a character as a writer should mean that you can let their terrible awful behaviour kind of sit with the audience for a while#so you can paint a fuller picture of a complex person who is nevertheless trying their best#anyway. all the comments saying they genuinely cried are so sweet but im nervously like...#no no that wasn't the 'im going to do my damndest to make you cry' chapter please just hold on don't get desensitized to the drama#not yet!! hold your tears i have something better to cry about!!
