SO IT’S TIME FOR A CROSSOVER EPISODE (kinda)

Featuring: Aventurine, Caelus, Ayato (barely), Facey (faceless Ayato), and a lack of a good format because for some reason I refuse to use periods ever

I feel like it wouldn’t be a good idea to leave Aventurine alone with Caelus for multiple reasons, so staying around them while they’re together is highly recommended

Or, if you wanna treat them like pets, just get Aventurine a cage! In this au he’d certainly be small enough to fit in one, but if you play on your phone, something with bars wouldn’t be a good idea cuz he could probably slip past them

ANOTHER good idea to ensure Aventurine doesn’t threaten Caelus is to hope another silly lil guy pops out of your screen get them a friend!

Wow I’m really making it sound like they’re pets, huh? They’re not. They’d probably be offended if you actually treated them like pets.

BUT as I was saying about getting them a friend, anyone from star rail would do, yeah, but a genshin character would be FAR more unexpected

ESPECIALLY IF SAID CHARACTER DOESN’T HAVE A FUCKIN FACE

Facey is a timid lil guy, so he’d probably try to hide initially, most likely behind/under furniture, in drawers, behind a normal Ayato if he already came through your screen before he did, under blankets, etc

If you DO have an Ayato before Facey crawls from your screen late at night like a lil horror monster, he’ll cling to his human lookalike SO MUCH

He’s Facey’s only sort of familiarity aside from your presence :( (mostly cuz he was always too shy to meet anyone)

Ayato probably finds him annoying, but if he said that out loud, Facey would probably hide somewhere and cry because he’s a sensitive lil guy

ANYWAY, to the crossover part of this post

Aventurine and Caelus would be a mix of horrified and curious upon meeting Facey

I could def see Caelus and Facey becoming friends, but I feel like he’d find Aventurine to be a little eerie (which is ironic coming from someone with an empty void for a face)

HAN’S INFODUMPING ABOUT JAY... START!!!!

so like sgdkdhdkdhd I say Jay and Lloyd are my “favorites” but honestly it’s so hard to pick favorites out of this skittles squad like I love EVERY character for a variety of different reasons. I was going to also infodump about Lloyd but then I started talking about Prime Empire and then this post got. Long. So. it's just Jay I may infodump about Lloyd another day especially since I'm very Conduit Brained Rn but yea yea!

I considered putting Zane and Sora on here as well since I’d also consider them my “favs” but like this is already gonna be. A lot of. Jay is such an interesting case of a character for me because I started out the show not liking him. Which is. Stares at my entire account I think my feelings have changed somewhat

Jay starts out as an asshole I don’t think anyone can disagree with me there (although honestly they’re all assholes in early ninjago they bullied a ten year old and left him dangling several feet off the ground) but over the course of the show you can see him start developing into a much more interesting character. He goes from being so insecure he's faking everything about himself to someone who knows who he is and is so genuine about it

now yea we could argue about whether his character was too uwu-ified post-season 10 but this is the FUN HAN POST SO WE'RE NOT GONNA TALK ABOUT THAT the point is you can SEE the growth that Jay has gone through and I am going to show you that growth through what I call

I AM SO PASSIONATE ABOUT THE IDEA THAT PRIME EMPIRE WAS WRITTEN TO BE A DIRECT PARALLEL OF SKYBOUND AND WAS CENTERED ON SHOWING HOW THE NINJA ESPECIALLY JAY HAVE GROWN THROUGHOUT THE SEASON

when season 12 rolls around we are at the point in Jay's development where he is CONFIDENT in who he is. He's a fun-loving jokester with the power of lightning and the drive to help people whenever he can. He uses jokes and humor to help alleviate tension and get people through whatever's happening. And when on his own what does he do?

BECOME AN ENTERTAINER BABEY

i like to think jay's club in prime empire was a safe haven for anyone stuck in the game who figured out hey. we Can't Leave and felt freaked about it. Also Jay would generally try and spread the word that hey something ISN'T RIGHT HERE which would lead people to want to stay with him

(totally plugging my friend's fic but this kind of thing is explored in would you like to enter prime empire by @finn-m-corvex y'all should check it out cool cool)

also the prime empire shorts which i watched all of in the midst of typing this video cuz i love them go watch them please please please jay was publically fighting the red visors which I imagine may have raised some red flags for some players

THIS SOMEHOW TURNED INTO PRIME EMPIRE INFODUMPING LMAO ANYWAYS Jay's confident! He becomes an entertainer because it's who he knows he is! And it's something that will get people hyped and having fun, which is very in-character for Jay to do! He uses those kinds of things to mask the Bad Things going on and get people remembering what's good

I've talked about this sort of thing before but that's Jay's whole philosophy as early as season 9! Which is a DIRECT contrast to how he views it in season 6, as Nadakhan puts it scarily accurately

"You make jokes to mask the fact that you're afraid"

(i was gonna grab a screenshot for that like i did with the hunted scene but netflix has bloCKED THE ABILITY TO TAKE SCREENSHOTS THE WAY I USED TO and i don't have them already and i'm too lazy to grab them from elsewhere so alas trust me he says it)

making jokes to hide your fear and using humor to remind yourself of what's good and coping with the bad are two VERY different outlooks on it

so I think this outlook is what drives him to make this glamrock persona in the first place - this is a bad situation, one he's in with other civilians, and what better way to keep him and themself safe until the others get there than throwing a big performance at a safe place!

also it's just so gender okay I want to look like Superstar Rockin' Jay so badly

it's also interesting to see his outlook on his parents change over time! In season six he finds out Ed and Edna aren't his birth parents and feels upset about it, not understanding why his birth parents would've abandoned him. In season twelve, that outlook changing is EXACTLY why Jay's able to get through to Unagami

"I was abandoned by my parents, too!... I never understood why, and I never had the chance to even ask. But I always hoped there was a good reason. What if there's a reason?"

(again curse you netflix i wanted SCREENSHOTS whatever whatever)

It's this scene that gets Unagami to calm down long enough for Milton Dyer to get there, and presumably is what stops him from just. Flattening him and Jay like a pancake.

to piggyback off of this i absolutely adore how Unagami and Jay consider each other adopted brothers in that one book I still haven't read and I hope he's in Dragons Rising at some point Unagami is my favorite "villain" (no longer a villain) in the whole show he deserves more screentime

SO YEA OKAY Prime Empire is "Who is Jay as a Person Post-Skybound" to me also it opens up so many fascinating things about Jay. I rest my case

so backpedaling a little bit. JAY CARES SO MUCH ABOUT HIS PARENTS GUYS IT'S SO SOFT AND I'M sobs

like yea the first episode with Ed and Edna in it has Jay avoiding them like the plague but this gets explained very easily when you remember he was bullied for his home life before he became a ninja. It makes a lot more sense why he wouldn't want them around his new friends, assuming they'd react the same way. Also how was he supposed to know literally all the rest of the groups parents were either dead, presumed dead, or had a toxic relationship with their kid lmao

(Cole calling his mom kills me. Cole's mom is dead. I know they probably just didn't think that far ahead when writing the dialogue but it's so funny mans pretended to call his dead mom to get on Jay for not appreciating his parents iconic behavior)

anyways literally every episode Ed and Edna are central to (except like the one in skybound) Jay stops at nothing to protect his parents and it means the absolute world to me he's so much like them!! They raised an inventive little nerd and he will stop at nothing to make sure they're safe and it's. It's SO IMPORTANT TO ME OKAY

ALSO this is an excuse to clip my favorite piece of dialogue possibly in the entire show. Except Netflix won't let me now. So you just get the text dialogue

yaaaay tuna time tuna time. ok so the manga is I Love Amy and its about a yandere girl making friends with the lesbian mc to get closer to her male crush but finds herself really enjoying spending time with her. very good stuff highly recommend. anyway I will be scalping this whole plot for my brainrot! as I'm basing this off a wlw manga please read yan and darling as being the same gender (ex: dazai with a male darling, higuchi with a female darling) thank u.

so, following the aforementioned plot, darling actually starts out as yans TARGET instead of yans crush, accidentally getting on their radar by being seen talking to yans current obsession one too many times during routine reconnaissance (stalking). obviously they need to get rid of them! theyre getting in the way! crush shouldn't ever talk to anyone else but them!!!! 

when local freak loner weirdo yan suddenly asks if you want to hang out with them, alone, it occurs to you that you should be a little more cautious- but, truth be told, you've had a crush on them for a while... and you know its probably impossible that they swing your way, but couldn't hurt to give it a shot, right?

with this in mind (and lowkey kinda entranced by how pretty they are up close), you agree. 

lucky for you theyre perceptive enough to sniff out that ur a fruit and thus a complete non-threat, so you live another day! and, to their surprise, they find themselves kind of enjoying hanging out with you. 

yadda yadda yadda, the two of you strike a deal to help them get in good with their crush, theyve had pretty bad luck with this so far, but they seem to like YOU, so you can get them some one-on-one time! you're pretty bummed you were right about the person you like not being interested, but hey! theyre still your friend! as long as they can be happy, you’ll be happy for them! on their end, theyre just using you (or so they think). sure, you’re ok to hang out with or whatever, but your companionship doesnt mean anything compared to their crush. once they get what they want, youre pretty much donezo. 

i wont go on for too much longer about this here but im sure you get the idea, over spending time with them as friends and dedicating so much of your time to trying to help them find their happiness, yan starts turning their attention on YOU instead. they find themself getting irritated when they catch you talking to other boys/girls, what did you suddenly get a s/o or something? are you gonna stop hanging out with them? you cant DO that youre their ONLY friend! or they’ll surprise themself by desperately wanting to pass up spending time with crush to go stay with you instead. or getting REALLY REALLY mad when they see people being rude to you when they used to not care. little things like that. i feel like this concept could be really good for soft yan stuff but you COULD make it darker if you wanna.

context: X is the person ajax likes (as you can tell i am very good at coming up with names :>) some things here are taken from i love amy so give it a read !! it's totally worth it i promise~

at the time, you couldn't come up with a single reason why ajax had approached you all those days ago, accompanied only by a menacing look. in fact, you could still recall how the malice in his eyes deepened once he caught sight of you stumbling your way over in his direction.

you had heard the rumors about him (like everyone else had), and while you didn't want to judge someone because of what others had to say, you couldn't deny the fear that consumed you when he stared at you with thinly veiled distaste—right after interrogating you about your relationship with the person you had just been conversing with. it occurred to you far too late that ajax had witnessed the conversation between you and X, and now you were about to be at the receiving end of the terrors you had only heard of in passing.

your brain went into overdrive thinking of an answer. childhood friends? what if he got jealous that you spent so much time with X, time he couldn't have? but if you lied about not knowing X, he'd come after you anyway if he found out the truth, right? so you tried to come up with a lukewarm answer, something to show that you weren't trying to meddle with his…potential relationship. whether you said the two of you were partners for a project, neighbors or family friends, whatever it was, it worked in convincing him that you weren't interested.

but it worked too well, as you soon came to realize, after noticing how ajax was attached to you constantly. at your response, he had lit up and quickly pulled you closer, declaring you would help him by gathering information and helping him plan for the perfect date (and of course, there was not a single moment of consideration for your say in the matter)

even though you insisted over and over again that you'd be no help, with no experience in dating or flirting with anyone, let alone someone as popular as X, and claiming you weren't close enough with them to ask such detailed questions, ajax was far from bothered. perhaps, in his eyes, you were the perfect sidekick—obedient enough to drag around like a sulking pet, but not so compliant that you weren't of some use, at the very least for entertainment. and maybe, just maybe, because he was starting to feel a little lonely.

what he didn't know at the time was that you, despite all the warnings and whispers, had a crush on him. you reasoned with yourself that most people would fall for him, if not for his fixation with X. and although you knew he was 100% infatuated with someone else, you had foolishly thought it wouldn't be the worst idea to be his friend. you had hoped that hanging out with him and being faced with the reality that he would never look twice at you would work as a bitter yet effective remedy to the flustered racing of your heart and the fluttering sensation that seized you.

surprisingly, ajax made for decent company, disregarding the pain of unrequited affection. all your time together was mostly spent talking about X, which you never complained about, but you also learned a little about him, like the fact that he had younger siblings and that he participated in a lot of archery competitions. it occurred to you for a moment, that given his track record, ajax being so well-versed with a weapon probably wouldn't end well, but you shut down that thought almost immediately. he may talk about wanting X all for himself and may have some concerning fantasies, but even he wouldn't go to such lengths, right?

the more time you spent with him, however, the fewer opportunities you actually had to talk to X. still, despite how little use he had for you, ajax still kept you by his side. maybe it was, in his eyes, a good thing that you were staying away from X. some part of you itched to tell him that you wouldn't betray him like that...not like it mattered to him. you knew he was only using you, either as an information source or a test subject, and even if it hurt to know he'd never care about you like he did X, you never once considered distancing yourself from him

you liked to think that he liked your company too, at least as an acquaintance. after all, since that first encounter, he hadn't threatened to snap your arm if you didn't tell him everything you were talking to X about. maybe that time he dragged you away mid-conversation with your friend should have been alarming, or maybe that other time when you woke up tied to a chair in his basement ("don't worry," he had brushed off your concerned look, "i only did this because you kept saying you were too busy to come over. anyways…") should have sent you running, but you justified it to yourself as his odd way of watching out for you.

or more likely, the warning signs just flew over your head because you couldn't imagine that he would be as creepy as the rumors said. you did idolize him to an extent that you tried to justify all his strange habits. it didn't matter much, anyway, since you were well aware this arrangement was temporary—you were only serving as replacement company until he finally got with X, and then your presence in his life would instantly be shut out.

because you were under the impression that it was all temporary, you didn't mind, even when he started overstepping into your personal matters. more than once you had to cancel meet-ups with friends in favor of spending time with him, and the few times you did manage to be away from him, ajax would interrogate you about every detail of your day without him, and at the very end would demand you tell him if you enjoyed being away from him, scowling until you placated him.

and then, the 'practice dates' started feeling a little too real. with him insisting on feeding you spoonfuls of dessert and latching onto your hand uncomfortably tight. but honestly, you couldn't complain, even if you knew something was wrong. going out with X didn't seem as much of a priority as it was a way to convince you that he desperately needed your help in 'practicing'.

all this while, you were under the impression your role was simply to be a good friend to ajax. naturally, when you had an opportunity to talk to X again after such a long time, you jumped to take it. what you didn't expect was for ajax to come up behind you, gently moving you aside to instead tower over X, glaring at the person he'd been pining over so desperately. the words that left him next were similar to the ones you heard all those months ago, except, these were the last words you expected him to say.

"you," he spat out, "what the hell were you talking to [name] about?"

bonus because i have too many thoughts about this :>

you getting an s/o. ajax is upset for many reasons. a) you never told him that you liked someone b) were you really going on weekly dates with your new partner?? you never even hung out with him that consistently! what, were you throwing away your friend just for this new guy? and c) how could you leave him behind like this?! suddenly, your new s/o is bombarded with the sensation that someone was constantly glaring at them, and then at every corner, ajax is standing there...just...watching. maybe he was just shy?

you manage to convince X to give him one chance. one date, so he can try to win them over. what you don't expect is for ajax to try stalling. he comes up with reasons for more practice dates, asks you for more 'tips', and if he absolutely has to go, he doesn't do anything that he was supposed to. the date is a fail, despite all the practicing he did. to you, he claims it was the nerves that got to him. come on, comrade! you gotta help him practice more now!

Idk how hot of a take this is, but i don't really like kokichi's talent. Like ik the whole arguement of "did kokichi lie abt his talent?" has made its rounds around the fandom (i personally dont think it matters whether he lied abt it or not) but i think it shows how unnecessary it is to have kokichi be the supreme leader.

Kokichi is childish and makes frequent mention of the killing game being, well, a game. He mentions video games a few times, and most glaring, he loves to lie. Design wise, his childish appearance is very clear, but his scarf is obviously designed like a chess board. His organization is literally called DICE. Hell, while you can argue he "manipulates" everyone to do his will in ch 4 and 5, nobody liked him well enough to consider him a "leader". He's more a loner rather than leader. A solo player, if you will lol

Literally everything about Kokichi points to him being some kind of Ultimate Chessmaster or Puzzle Expert, something along those lines. And it would completely fit as well. His deductions point to the strategy he would need to win in intellect games like chess or checkers. His lying might be a skill necessary in social games like mafia or card games. His flippant attitude to people (outwardly?) and desire to win makes sense if he's revolved his whole life around defeating his opponents in a game. And it isnt some prestigious position like "strategist", as it still reflects his childish nature.

Hell the only way the dr crew could indicate "supreme leader" in his design is only in his splash art, where they literally try to cover their design up with a hat and cloak to seem convincing.

I get that danganronpa usually likes to subvert their ultimates' personality compared to their talent such as Hiyoko, Gundham, Nagito, Miu, and Tenko to name a few. But Kokichi??? Wow the guy who's been screaming since day one how evil he is ends up seizing control of the killing game im so shocked :000 Like sure he is childish and playful, very unlike a leader, but it's not a significant subversion.

Like it wouldve been more impactful/funnier if the seemingly childish character with a childish talent ended up proclaiming himself as the mastermind.

Tho it can argued it wont be as shocking of a twist when the character who likes winning games ends up proclaiming himself in charge of the killing game. But i think its at least better than the very on the nose supreme leader "talent". Like, to me, it's TOO obvious when kokichi says he's the mastermind that I immediately doubt it. Not to mention that Supreme leader is such a vague talent that aside of kokichi's unconvincing (albeit hilarious) reason of "cuz im evil muahahah very evil trust me" i dont see what more the talent can mean. He wants to rule everything so sure ig he'd wanna rule over this killing game. What else connects to his talent??

At least with a talent like puzzle master or something like that, kokichi taking over can directly correlate with his talent as a motive. Theres more explanation of how games thrill him, and that'd make sense with his talent. He can say how he's tired of playing and finally wants to secure his victory and be the game master. That can double onto his motivation as a life long puzzle solver. It can at least make more logical sense, thus making it slightly more believable that kokichi is really the mastermind, helping the impact when he's revealed as just another player.

There's a little more reverse psychology. It may be obvious he is mastermind material, but there is still room left that he may just be that way due to his talent. When it comes to the Supreme leader talent, it's so vague that there's no room outside of being the mastermind, and honestly, it becomes less of a red arrow and more of an obvious red herring.

Anyway this whole post was me struggling to find another way to not say "ultimate gamer" lol. Aside from chessmaster or puzzle master, i think of much lol. Ultimste Board Game Master lol???

funny theory to back up ch3 flower secret bosses

okay so, I honestly think that the person who wrote this mysterious love letter is the next secret boss, I know this because of 2 things.

We know for a fact that this is probably not gaster, due to it not having strange spacing and calling deltarune “DELTA RUNE” instead of how he normally calls it, that being well.. just deltarune.

it is fully capitalized like Spamton and jevil, and says “NOW, PUT ON YOUR COAT AND WASH YOUR FACE, OR PUT ON YOUR FACE AND WASH UP YOUR COAT. NOT NECESSARILY IN THAT ORDER.” I feel like this is both referencing the friend face and the chair with a cloth found in Spamton sweepstakes, which also showed a similar face when you clicked on it a bunch of times.

okay now with that out of the way, let me get this theory started.

so basically, to sum up why people think that the next secret boss is gonna be some type of flower is because of the flowers that toriel threw away in Kris’s house. Basically this kinda shows a bit of parallels between Spamton and Jevil, due to them both being ignored and having the flowers be simply “left in the dark”. Plus we also know that the secret boss’s can reference undertale characters, reason being Spamton neo literally wearing mettatons neo suit. Now I wonder who would be related to flowers? (It’s flowey, it’s literally flowey) anyways another funny side suggestion is that mettaton neo is found in the genocide route, and if my theory is correct about jevil being a representation of chara and frisk, then that also checks out. Meaning that the next secret boss being a reference to flowey also makes sense if we apply the genocide route being what the secret bosses reference.

anyways, now we go onto the new’s letter. I wanna point a funny detail in this letter, when this guy (this person I’m thinking is the next secret boss) when mentioning Valentine’s Day says this “THERE IS EVEN THIS RUMOR OF “VALENTINES DAY”. HOW ABSURD. EVERY DAY IS A DAY OF LOVE.” Okay to explain why this fits into the theory, flowers are typically a representation of love (also it makes sense if these were asgore flowers too, because he sent them to try to tell toriel that he still loves her, but it doesn’t even work.) plus let’s not forget that this guy (or girl even at this point) has no idea who they are supposed to help, but knows that it someone. Basically I think that this is a parallel to blind love or something, that part probably isn’t true but hey I’m not gonna leave that out. Also let’s not forget that they made a Valentine’s Day card to ask you for help, which might also be a representation of this character being flowers yet again, due to me saying flowers represent love.

anyways this is just to back up ch3 flower secret boss’s, cuz like I feel like that they are gonna be some type of flower darkener after seeing this Valentine’s Day card.

ok i wanna start this by saying this is pure rant. totally unimportant feelings about the show. i’d do a whole analysis or essay type thing but i’ve done enough of that against my will </3

i started titans for nightwing and starfire bc they were my favorite actors. seriously anna diop is so gorgeous i couldn’t get over it and still won’t. in a way, i also started watching for jason because it seemed like a whole new take on his character (bc it was) and i was excited on how they’d do the whole robin/red hood story with the titans. jason’s introduced as the immature and loud teenager which didn’t seem like a good idea for the red hood part of his story but he’s also still robin at this point. at the time i think he was moreso there to introduce nightwing’s development and departure from being robin because batman in this show is just yucky. i don’t remember enough to talk about that tho lawl

then it gets suckier than it started because out of nowhere the whole team starts treating jason like shit. he goes from the goofy one to the young and always angry character and that’s when i just KNEW they were finna fuck him over. first off the team (nightwing, star, raven, yada yada) takes in this girl rose wilson bc slade’s trying to kill her. if you guessed that she’s actually there to help slade kill the titans or whatever then you’d be right, she’s basically like tera from the judas contract if you watched that. and they made her jason’s LOVE INTEREST and at first they were cute but UHJHJGJFJFJ i cant start on that rn

so like i said earlier right now jason’s the immature angry teenager of the group. at some point someone (im pretty sure it was rose) pranks everyone by putting some fucked up shit in their rooms, like drawing crosses all over raven’s room. tell me why EVERYONE AUTOMATICALLY BLAMES JASON??? they just assumed he did it for whatever fucking reason. so that’s one way the team treated him like shit 😭 another ginormous part to this: yk how jason goes after the joker even tho batman told him not to?? it’s basically that but instead of the joker it was slade that he went after. got kidnapped and tortured cuz what’s a jason todd character w/o that right. then he ALMOST died but didn’t bc superboy saved his life, blah blah blah all this other stuff and then he almost commits suicide! wowww so fun!

so at this point i’m thinking “ok thst was weird but trust the process right???” long story short nightwing fucks up, team disbands, jason and rose disappear for the whole next season or wtvr, then in a random episode jason and rose are basically confirmed to be dating and i think they live in part of bruce’s mansion or smth??? idk anyway over the course of a few episodes we see their relationship develop and they’re actually kinda cute. like jason fake proposed to her with six bigass sandwiches that he made and it was so adorable and BOOM rose tells him she was originally supposed to sabotage the titans and that’s why the team disbanded so he’s like “ykw fuck you” and then he disappears AGAIN. this was very random so i just assumed it was supposed to add on to why he did what he did later on…

ok now when he comes back we get into red hood. i guess they kinda mashed jason’s original story with the arkham knight story??? i forgot exactly what happened but i think what happened was he got buddy buddy with scarecrow and reverse engineered his fear gas so that it gives you a munch of adrenaline and makes you fearless or wtvr. this was one of my least favorite things about this interpretation of jason because making him rely on drugs to do the things he wants to without fear just. does not make sense to me??? if anything i feel like jason would despise drug addiction and things of the like but that’s neither here nor there! so now he’s pumped full of drugs and he goes to find the joker. then he dies and gets dumped in the lazarus pit in the same episode so him dying has literally no significance. THEN BRUCE KILLS THE JOKER. so now i’m stuck like wtf are they finna do with this narrative??? literally eliminated one of the biggest parts of red hood. atp i’m wondering where tf they’re going with this and the answer is they went NO WHERE WITH IT. jason becomes red hood (and no hate to curran walters but it was lame as fuck) and does a lot of fucked up shit because scarecrow promised him power or whatever so now there’s no depth to what he’s doing and it takes him getting kidnapped and almost killed for the THIRD TIME before he decides he’s not doing the right thing. so he says fuck scarecrow and tries to help the titans stop whatever he was doing and ugh it’s just such sucky writing.

tl;dr only thing that kept me watching was a thirst for jason todd content, brenton thwaites and anna diop. like there are probably hours worth of stuff in that show i skipped bc it had nothing to do with the only three things i cared about. only thing that i was satisfied with was nightwing and starfire being together. there’s more stuff i could add but this was specifically for jason and how let down i was 💔

that genuinely seems like a shit show. like idk if i could handle that. the way they mashed up like ALL of his "death and resurrection" plots?? no ma'am. you're better than be for even watching all of that because i simply couldn't. i've seen tiktok edits of rose and jason from titans and, not to sound like a broken record but, her wig??? kill me now.

Okay so the confrontation/group conversation/impromptu ‘do we just kill him’ meeting. There’s so much in this one conversation. It is really long, but there’s also a lot of characters who talk. We get a lot of characters’ motivations and mentalities. We also get a nice look at the Deathling's group dynamic and some of their individual personalities. And all of them get a nice “What’s this? The consequences of our actions?”

Let’s start with Tubbo, because he’s the one who started this mess. He means well and he makes some good points. He also lacks a lot of info because Tommy is hoarding it (and probably feels like Tubbo won’t listen anyway). Tubbo is still pissed at the Pythia for trying to kill Tommy. He’s a protective friend. He’s also smart enough to figure out that his possible escape puts all of them in danger. He’s a threat as long as he’s alive. So he needs to die, which is a lot easier to decide when you have barely spoken to the guy, he was a dick in all those interactions and he tried to murder your best friend.

It’s important to note that Tubbo never wanted this to be a public thing, but once he’s there, he’s not going to back down. It’s also important that the thing currently making Tubbo upset is Tommy taking the Pythia to Quackity’s bar. Tubbo is upset because he’d afraid he could have escaped and afraid for Tommy’s safety. It’s a risk he didn’t want to take and he doesn’t know that Tommy had ulterior motives. He’s upset about Tommy’s actions and he wants to talk about them with Tommy and Tommy alone. And I feel like Tommy thought he could avoid another “we need to kill him” if Wilbur was right there.

Side note: is Tubbo getting any sleep at all? Is this kid paranoid? Is that what happens? Cuz he looks like shit. Also, I respect the sign language. This situation escalating is probably just as much Tommy’s fault as it is Tubbo’s. And then it’s Sam taking over. Side note number 2: glass!Tommy being sensitive about his intelligence and needing to specify that he’s not an idiot.

Also, Tommy has the most tattoos? Like genuine death experience tattoos? Out of all of them? That’s very worrying. Even when he counts things like choking on noodles. And Tubbo bring it up makes me feel like this is a thing. I’ll get back to this later.

oh yeah that convo is SUCH a long one there was so much i had to go through with all the different characters. I had a lot of fun writing it though. figuring out the groups dynamic and how it contrasts with their differing motivations was so so interesting to work through. another reason I love writing arguments lol

yuppp tubbo has a good point! he's worried about tommy and he's barely spoken to the pythia! he only knows the pythia as a dick who tried to kill his best friend, and he also poses a huge risk to their group. tubbo's not advocating for this to be a dick. he's a very logical character and he's just trying to focus on what's rational here. again, he didn't wanna do this in front of the pythia. he wanted to talk with tommy privately about the risk he took taking him to the bar. but tommy insisted on doing it right there, so that's what he committed to.

yeah tommy escalated the situation just as much as tubbo did. and he's still sensitive about his intelligence, so he really doesn't like tubbo talking down to him like he's stupid

tommy doesn't necessarily have the MOST near death experiences out of the group, he just has the most tattoos that he openly states are near death experience tattoos. phil has a ton of tattoos but he won't tell anyone else which ones are for near death experiences and which ones are just for personal style. also tommy counts some more minor things as near death experiences (ie: the ramen) just bc he thinks it's funny. essentially, tommy is more open about his near death experiences than other deathlings are. he's also an impulsive risk taker, so he does still have a lot of genuine near death experiences compared to most of the others

This is La.e'z.el, she's the first friendly face you see in-game. She's a githy.anki fighter, n I haven't really had her in my party so I haven't done her lore or gotten closer to her so what I can say on her is purretty limited (esp since I don't really wanna spoil anything unless specifically asked 2 ++ I'm only in the start of act 2 in the game itself so I don't know much that much 2 begin with) but I'll try.

She's a little mean at the start n can be hard on others, but it's more of a "I am just extremely truthful (at least, for my beliefs n how I view the world) ++ can be kinda harsh on others but it's cuz I'm trying 2 be efficient n let us nawt have our damn gith parasites here" She's nawt super empathetic, n it takes a bit for her to soften up on ya, but even I've gotten her 2 be nice in her own way 2 my character and that's without having adventured with her much/at all.. so I imagine if you're actually going 2 do her quests n having a lot of approval points with her, she'll warm up 2 you even faster.

She took a little 2 grow on mwe personally but she's purretty cool in my opinion n I'm def gonna make another character after I finish the game w my current character 2 try n romance her. She's super badass n just like everybun else I'm about 2 mention she is also super duper girlboss n amazing :3

This lovely high half elf cleric is Sha.dowheart, the second character you meet in the game! She's much more,, reasonable, I guess, at least compared to the other two "og 3" companions you meet so early on (La.e'zel n Asta.rion) n is purretty kind n nice,, sorta?

She definitely has a bit of a darker side, specifically with who she serves n she has the tendency to be a bit sarcastic n sassy occasionally, but me n her have gotten along well in my current playthrough !! Ermm from what I've heard she's more of a slow burn romance n I've heard it's been purretty wholesome?? Dunno, but I love her, she's amazing teehee <3

And finally for concrete actual companions, the tiefling barbarian Karl.ach! May or may nawt be being hunted by another one of the companions you meet (Wy.ll) ++ some clerics or whatever but heyyy that's fine purretty lady haha.

Nawt much 2 say about her cuz there's a fair bit that's a mild bit spoilerly for nawt only her but another character (Wy.ll again) ++ some enemies you find but uhm. She's beautiful. A lil scary at first esp if you take what others say about her at first 2 heart but she's so kind. So caring. Adorable sometimes ghdjdhdh. Nawt the stupid barbarian stereotype ++ we love her for that. Big strong woman hehe (ʃ⁠ƪ⁠＾⁠3⁠＾)♡

Okay nyeow for the "sorta companion under specific circumstances idk much about her sawrry", Min.thara!! She's a drow paladin, n starts out as an enemy ++ ermm. you can kill her. but also romance her?

Idk how others managed 2 romance her but in my current save she's dead. ermmmm. so I have nothing else 2 say but she's really purretty n didn't seem like that bad of a being,, n she purrobably has some character growth from when ya first meet her (hopefully) so yayy purretty woman !! also drow r awesome. ok yea!

Anyways, ermm aside from like. one night stands you have the option of having. these r all the romanceable gals in the game and they're all super awesome in their own ways yippee!! (4 some reason I thought there were more but nwo, 4 gals n 4 guys)

How I‘d Improve “Disenchanted”

ALT TITLE: What I Disliked About Disenchanted

Ok so forgive me in advance if this comes out incoherent and unorganized but I really need to let this out cuz this is a brainworm that won’t seem to go away. Now I’m not really a professional writer or anything and I’m basing this all on vibes and trying to figure out what kind of story Disenchanted was supposed to tell. So this is more like a mental exercise for me.

If you don’t wanna see any criticism of this movie, then don’t read. Otherwise, thank you for bearing with me.

So to start off, I’ll get this part out of the way: The animation felt inferior to the original. I get that they used a different animation studio for the sequel but heck, even Nancy’s design looked vastly different from what she looked like in the original for some reason. Did they not have the original model sheets? (This could be a nitpick, they probably wanted her design to look more like Idina). Anyway, would have been nice if they brought back James Baxter’s studio who had worked on the original (that’s a personal gripe I suppose).

Next, the thing with the original movie was that there was a perfect balance between the fairy-tale and real life, something I was also hoping for in the sequel, but instead they ramped up the fairy-tale energy, neglecting the real world aspects, and in the end, felt...cringey (and not in a so-bad-it’s-good way). While my thoughts about this part are a little more vague, I suppose it can be summarized with this: They should have been more willing to explore the deeper, more-real parts of the parent-child relationships in the brighter fairy-tale setting instead of externalizing the whole thing as a purely evil-stepmother-and-Cinderelly-in-a-fairy-tale-world conflict.

The thing with the original movie was that our two main characters ended up discovering what they want, seemingly away from the external conflict with the Evil Queen. The latter’s involvement was simply to move the plot along. Of course, her plot point needed to be wrapped up in the end, but she was barely directly influential during the middle portion of the movie except to have her henchman chase the princess around to kill her. This approach did not happen in the sequel. Instead, the external conflict of having to deal with a magical real-world and evil women trying to one-up each other took so much unnecessary focus and it felt like the setup was inappropriate for something as personal as a mother-daughter relationship. Maya Rudolph’s character had no real stakes with what was going on between Morgan and Giselle. Morgan was only used as a bargaining tool at the very end of the movie as if part of a checklist.

Also the thing with Andalasia magic felt a little phoned in. Did we really need the whole “If magic is brought to the real-world, Andalasia will die” schtick? Or was it just the easiest (and not very narratively effective) way of raising the stakes? Either way the magic appearing in the world didn’t need that explanation. It could have just...happened and we would be able to focus more on Morgan, Giselle and their family. Nancy filling in the fairy godmother role did not require her adopted fairy-tale world to be on death’s door. After all you already had the wishing wand there. There was no need for another explanation.

I also wished they hadn’t shoved Patrick D.’s character to sidelines and make him a complete bumbling fool. Robert was the straight-person in the first film, foil to Giselle, why suddenly take that out of his character and then render him a side character in a movie about his family? His involvement with the conflict between Giselle and Morgan would have been more compelling if he was his real-world self. Just look at Turning Red and Encanto where the fathers didn’t have such large roles yet helped the main character immensely.

And as much as I love Amy Adams going back forth as evil or good Giselle, perhaps her transformation didn’t have to be so drawn out? It would serve as a challenge for Morgan to understand and appreciate what her stepmother does when she has to deal with a completely evil version of her for a larger chunk/longer duration of the film. Here the Cinderella aspect could have been utilized more effectively, mixed with the realities of non-fairy-tale life.

Next, the music didn’t seem as good. For me, it wasn’t Alan Menken or Stephen Schwartz’s best work, as if, just like the Andalasia magic, the songs felt phoned in. It didn’t give the same energy as the original’s music did and felt more like obligatory creativity (ex. Disney Channel-level of music) than creatively genuine work.

Finally, take out the talking scroll. Alan Tudyk’s Magic Scroll character was completely unnecessary and made me take this film even less seriously. Why did he need to be there? “It could have been an email” as they say, or in this case, magically written instructions. Like those Magic 8 balls except it’s true. Besides, we already had Pip.

Bonus: It looked like it needed a higher budget and more time. Enchanted was such a well-loved and fantastic film but technically took 10 years to make from its very first conception. I’m not sure why but it felt like Disney skimped here when it came to the production value (incl. animation as said earlier). It would suck if it turns out this sequel had a higher budget than its predecessor though, with consideration of inflation.

Those are at least some of my thoughts. Apologies if I poke some bears or whatever. I really wish I liked this movie but I just saw too many problems with it and too many aspects that didn’t suit my tastes or expectations with it, considering Enchanted is one of my favorite Disney movies and whose songs still continue to give me goosebumps when I hear them.

So yeah, I was quite disappointed in this film :(

Um, well first, I don't know enneagram. And obviously, I can only go by what you've written here, so I could be wrong. But your friend does sound like a young/developing intj.

An esfp focused on their goals will still be extraverted, outgoing, communicative and fairly chill unless they're very depressed. Your friend doesn't sound depressed from your description, she sounds like she knows what she likes and is taking care of herself (going out for coffee with friends).

It sounds like your friend has the appropriate young ni vagueness/inability to express itself and the young te borderline arrogance (when she says 'haven't you seen the movie?).

And the buying stuff you don't really need sounds like an attempt to use low Se. It's not really a problem unless it becomes one, obviously, but if she can afford to do it it's just a nice way in*js like to connect with the world around them. In general, the es*ps I know would actually wear all the different styles of sunglasses they have, whereas our low se can get us excited about the possibility, but then because it's low we can get overwhelmed and just wear like 1 of them anyway.

I'd also like to add that *ntjs get way to much credit as logical robots, and if your friend seems to have strong Fi that's probably a sign she IS a tj. Because high Fi users don't exhibit signs of feeling like that, it's more apart of who they are (if that makes any sense). They use Fi so easily and naturally you might not notice it, because it's better developed. If you can notice Fi weak spots (like not doing ANYTHING you're not interested in, to the point of arrogance), it's more likely a tj thing. In general.

Also, as a side note, I think Benedict Cumberbatch is an istj, in addition to the character doctor strange (cos he doesn't use ni, he just has time seeing super powers).

The only other types your friend sounds kind of like from this description would be infj (but severely ti grip and miserable, unlikely to buy useless things in this depressed state), i*tp (but ti probably would've given you a better explanation of why they think they fit intj), or possibly istj, but I think si could've explained its logic better. She doesn't really sound like she's engaging with the external world enough to be an extravert (multiple jobs/hobbies/social groups/changes in fashion for no reason/just little adventures out in the world that aren't super planned).

When she says she doesn't show the side of her that figures things out, that seems like a fair argument to me. Te is often confused for ti, but it doesn't sort things out like that. Te is much more likely to just fix things with duct tape because it works, and can actually look like an avoidance of conflict/debates/explanations of logic. It wants to get things done, and tjs usually don't enjoy having other people's input on their efficient solution - like an intp saying, 'you realise given its just duct tape it'll be broken again in 6 months time?' To which they're likely to reply, 'then I'll do it again in 6 months!' Unless they know there will be worse problems from doing it the short way, that's their preference. They can be impulsive in their decision making and not research things properly because it just seems right to them. And since they lead with te, they usually have the capacity to pull that off, especially if their si or ni is well developed. This extends into personal interactions, which can make them ritualistic (offering tea when you're sad, always following etiquette) and unknowingly being blunt (for example, asking 'what do you want me to do about it?' when you're sad, without realising that might sound sarcastic and not like a genuine offer of help).

So I hope that helps! Obviously I can't say for sure from a short description, but that short ask sounded like an intj to me 😊

Cihro played slow, relaxed and grounded in his body, a sated blend of euphoria and alcohol. The more time passed, the more he was learning how to identify people based on their steps.

“Since when could you play piano?” she queried, standing beside the bench.

“How long have you had a girlfriend?” he countered, raising his eyes from the keys without stopping.

Theotae didn’t miss a beat, crossing her arms. “About as long, I’d wager.”

“I haven’t been playing long,” he said. “A few months now. I spent a couple weeks practising the hell out of it.”

“Did you get magic around the same time?”

“Yeah, probably made it easier. Not sure I would’ve learned otherwise.”

“Then I’m right. It’s only been a handful of months for us.”

“Congrats. Should I be expecting another sister?”

“Cihro,” Theotae warned.

“Sorry, just ‘cuz you’re a Warden of Syngorn doesn’t mean you’re exempt from me being an annoying brother. Day gets it worse because we’re together more often, so count your lucky stars.”

Theotae braced her hip against the piano’s body, taking a moment to watch his hands.

“What do you think of her?” she asked.

Cihro scoffed. “I’m the guy who’s spent the least amount of time around her. Maybe you should ask someone else?”

“You’re a decent judge of character,” she insisted.

“So is Elspeth. Why does my opinion matter? Does she make you happy? You know her best. What I think won’t change how you feel about her, I know enough about you to know that.”

“She does.” She shifted—subtle enough to miss if Cihro weren’t so near. “I care because you’re my brother. It doesn’t matter if you love or hate her, that’s true—I just want to know what your impression of her is. Your experiences have made your perspective…realistic.”

Cihro gave her an incredulous eye. He expected the statement to look like it pained her to say, but she seemed earnest, her expression unflinching. He lowered the lid over the keys and stacked an elbow on it, shucking his knees to one side to face her.

“She’s kind of…intense,” he said, feeling out his words as he went along. He peered over the piano to find Iona—she stood next to a table, chatting with Elspeth and Orla, drink in hand. She looked anything but intense in this space, but it was the first time he’d seen her outside her armour, and she, like the rest of the party reception, didn’t hold herself like she was expecting danger. “Not like you-intense, but similar. Formal. She must have a soft spot if she keeps writing to Elspeth, though. She seems protective of Day, and I’m always on board for that.”

“Is that so?”

“Yeah. Day wasn’t sure if he was imagining it, though.”

Theotae glanced in the same direction, the habitual hardness in her eyes easing. “I imagine that’s because he’s related. It’s likely she would look after you if you travelled together, too. She cares a lot for keeping siblings united.”

“I dunno if I wanna be favoured just because I’m related to you.”

“But you won’t complain if it’s Dayereth? You can’t tell me you don’t prioritize protecting some lives above others,” Theotae posed, “for one reason or another.”

“Fair.”

“If you have Iona looking after you, your odds of surviving go up. She says the outcome in the Feywild wouldn’t have changed if she had been there, but I’m not sure I believe that.”

“You mean…?”

“My death. Yes.”

Cihro sighed. “We’ll never know. It’s probably best she wasn’t there to see it, anyway, no matter how tough she is. Nobody should have to watch a loved one die like that. I was dead longer than Day—so your death is the only family death I’ve experienced as an adult, even if it was brief.”

“Are you saying you care about me, Cihro?” She smirked—mostly ribbing him, but with a strand of sincerity. 

“I’m saying I didn’t feel nothing when you died,” he answered, largely evasive but with the same amount of sincerity measured in. “I know, I’m shocked, too. As much as Day held onto his resentment for how you treated us, I understood your pain. I couldn’t hate you no matter how hard I tried.”

“I picked up on that.”

“You seem more chill than before, too,” he observed. “I guess getting laid will do that.”

She wrinkled her nose at him. “It’s more than that,” she said. “But you’re not wrong.”

He laughed and revealed the keys again, restarting the music.

To be completely honest, even if I still haven't decided how the story is gonna end, I have lots of ideas for the middle of the story. Lots of school drama tbh. The problem lies in the early chapters I'm struggling to finish. I'm working on the next chapter but it's still just halfway through. I have some ideas but I'm facing a lot of indecision about which scenes to keep and which to discard. And ocd. Ocd is driving me crazy when it comes to writing, it's my grestest obstacle and the one I'm trying to fight this year.

Can't promise next Assembled Love chapter will he ready next month but I'm ACTUALLY working on a request that is a 'what if' from that AU. Smut ofc. Like, I actually WROTE today. Crazy ik. So expect next post to be either that or another one of the ones I've been promising to post, like 'Gynecologist Albedo' (joke title), Butler Scara or Xiao wanting to have a child with reader, for example. The long fic that has the most possibilites of being updated soon is Catboys in the house. The next long chapter that follows the chronologic story with Xiao finally joining the household is just started, but I have lots of episodic content like usual. Headcanons, smut, smutty headcanons, yk, the usual.

Anyway, as I said my main problem with these early chapters of Assembled Love are indecision and it has to do with this problem: Ik in the chapter list I listed the next chapter as 'Perfect first time' implying that thr seggs is gonna happen next chap. But honestly I think this needs a bit more slowburn. Not so slow, just a bit more of interaction and situations to make the relationship between Scara and Y/N make more sense and be more enjoyable. So, what do you as readers think about this?

The second reason I don't update is toxic perfectionism. It kicks in when I care a lot about a story. At first Assembled Love was a funny side project I wrote randomly without stressing or putting much effort into it while I waited for inspo for Better Find Husbandos, the fic that was most important to me back then. So the words flowed easily and I posted a lot of chapters in a row. When I became invested in the story and really wanted to convey my exact views of the stories through the writing thr block and the toxic perfectionism came in. That's why I'm more prone to posting standalone oneshots instead of adding chapters to the AUs I care so much about, because I don't pressure myself that it has to perfectly convey my ideas about the story.

This toxic perfectionism is something I wanna tackle aggressively this year because honestly:

The not pefect fic you actually wrote will always be better than the perfect fic you never dared to try write.

Gotta ingrain that phrase in my brain permanently. Cuz I started writing to reread and enjoy my own fics but if I don't dare write I won't have anything to read. And that I read can always be edited and rewritten. Seeing authors rewrite their older fics just to make them waaay better years after encourages me to just write and have fun knowing that I can always try again and do it better next time. So that helps.

Let's not think about Assembled Love's final chapter when it's sitting just at chapter 4 and focus on the spin off that is on the making and idk, the next 3 chapters: I'm planning to add more characters with their dramas, Childe, Mona and Venti being the main ones. I want Assembled Love to be a dramatic romantic comedy in a last year of highschool setting, with teenagers struggling to become adults and debating between following what family and society expects from them and finding out what they really want to do with their lives. I want to add tropes of those movies from the United States I grew up watching and give them a twist of the dramatic telenovelas from Latin America, where I live. Will I be able to deliver? We'll see. If I don't I can always rewrite it.

My brain is full of cats and it won’t stop. I’ve been thinking about all these dumb cats (/pos) legit since the day the first Mommyclan post was made. Nonstop. It makes me want to attempt art again, but I don’t have the time so it all just sits in my brain and now I have a new oc idea and I’m in love with it, but like, do I really need another oc?? I have Middlepaw already and I love them, but like… now that I gave them ✨angst✨ I could have a tragic character and a just fun character. This one would be like the total opposite of Middlepaw, which would be fun. This new character would be far more willing to start social interactions, meaning I could interact with other Mommyclanners a bunch more, but also… I’m fairly certain I’ll make them angsty somehow at some point anyway like I do with all my characters lol… so idk. I keep telling myself I’ll wait a while to think about a new character, but it keeps creeping into my mind and developing more into an actual character rather than a concept and I’m becoming obsessed. I think giving it a name crossed the line and there’s no going back now, but like, I’ll just keep trying to pretend it doesn’t exist :3

Ya I was talking about Emily Henry's YA. I actually read a bit of Happy Place yesterday and it seems promising. By the way, how do you feel about all of her books becoming movies? Anybody you can picture in these roles.. cuz I feel like that sometimes helps me. Which one are you most excited for? I feel like that might have been another reason I stopped reading her books cuz I wouldn't want the movie to be way different than what I thought and wanted to wait for the cast but it'll probably be a long time now.

Oh wow..I had no idea it was a popular book..I found it randomly and read it based on the title a few years ago lol. I don't want to get your expectations high with the Normal People comparison.. cuz I read them around the same time maybe. The Stepping Off Place is actually a book I think would make a great movie..and that's the first book I read where I could picture the whole movie. I even added stuff in my head about the characters that probably only make sense to me and added scenes. Ever since Taylor mentioned working on a movie, I have been thinking about this so it might be another reason why I feel so connected to it. I think it's kinda similar to John Green if I had to compare it to something.

Anyway I guess I'm the same with books or movies I love but I feel like it's easy for me to see why someone wouldn't like something..and I also have a hard time giving books 5 stars sometimes cuz I can always find small flaws even if it's something I really liked. I didn't wanna give too much away with these, since I just went into it not knowing anything, but there could be trigger warnings here just so you know. I would also love any recs you wanna give! hi friend!! hope you had a good day and hope you got les mis tour tickets 🤍 so sorry for the delayed reply!! i kept meaning to sit down and reply to you and then i kept getting pulled away in different directions! i'd love to hear your thoughts on les mis if you got to see it! i am super, super nervous about emily henry's books being adapted into movies! her books (particularly beach read + book lovers) means so much to me, and i'm worried that they'll diminish the role that grief (as well as the other heavier topics) plays in both books in favor of other things. there are also, very few adaptations where i feel like they do the original source justice (little women 2019, normal people, etc.). i really like the idea of jonathan bailey and simone ashley in book lovers, but that's heavily influenced by the fact that bridgerton season 2 had come out just before i read book lovers, and i was seeing both of them everywhere! and one of my friends sold me on zoey deutch and glen powell (they're in set it up, which is one of my favorite romcoms — highly recommend it if you haven't seen it yet) as harriet and wyn in happy place! i don't think i have a perfect cast for beach read or people we meet yet, but i was toying with the idea of kathryn newton (who is phenomenal as amy in little women pbs) as january for a while. i've been trying to be better about thinking of adaptations as a separate thing from the original source, but it's something i really struggle with, especially when the book means a lot to me! but it does look like emily henry is pretty involved with the movie, so that gives me a little more confidence in it. i'm so bad at picturing adaptations for books! i think it's easier for me with fantasy (not necessarily a cast, just like how it'd look visually etc.). i don't watch a whole lot of tv/movies (that's not entirely true; i watch a lot of hong kong tv/movies, but that's it) so casting people in books is often really hard for me. i'm so so curious about taylor's movie, and what that might look like! i'm really curious to see if the movie soundtrack will mostly be her songs or if it'll be something else. i personally have also been wanting her to write a musical (or at least, the score for one) for ages, whether it's an adaptation (like sara bareilles with waitress, ingrid michaelson with the notebook musical) or something completely new! i think the only books that i give five stars incredibly liberally are memoirs! i also do have a habit of giving a book a higher rating on goodreads than i do on my reading tracker — or on here, and also i have a tendency to adjust my ratings as i think about a book more. i'll look up the trigger warnings before i read either book; thank you! 🤍
