Nimona at her lowest turning into a creature of shadow but with light still there underneath, the way the light shines through in her eyes, mouth, heart and wounds
Nimona in the final form we see her in, as a phoenix, a creature of pure light that suffuses the entire landscape with her glow, a creature associated with death and rebirth but also with fire, not the fire of the burning village from the myth or from her memory but righteous fire that protects herself and others. breaking stuff that deserves to be broken
