been in a star trek mood lately and it’s got me thinking again about how absolutely depressing the jj abrams movie universe is........ both in terms of what happens in that timeline but also for me, the viewer, watching the character assasination that goes on

#anyway im currently conceptualising a starfleet academy au which is like. thinly veiled college au #where the Gang are all cadets together and have a fun time #cause i see a lot of academy fic and its always in jjverse :(.... like no i want. spock is in hell because hes at human college and jim is #his only friend #star trek
