#mine musings#this is how i feel about genshin's dottore btw#like yeah he's a villain. but not in the way you think#and i mean i'll totally indulge in fanon dottore in fics/fanart idc about that but when we're talking about the actual game story? in canon#uhhh he's so far removed from his fanon self that the mischaracterization bleeds into mischaracterizing OTHERS like. scaramouche#which is ??? considering scara is one of the few genshin characters whose character arc and lore is more accessible and nuanced than most#like you don't have to dig through obscure item descriptions for his lore.
