So I listened to all of "Sour" on repeat while I was doing mindless trial prep tasks and ALL I could think of was how there were lyrics in there that were so apt and so true to the LYO storyline, and Frida's mourning of the loss of her relationship.

The journey from 'good 4 u' to 'enough for you' is one where you go from dancing in your room, screaming, to sitting dejectedly in the comedown while you cry into your ice cream -- with the understanding that your feelings, while misplaced, are very real.

"Enough for you" is a little TOO on the nose, but in little ways that mean alot.

Some VERY Frida "Sour" lyrics:

You LOVE Frida???? Oh, that makes me SO happy!!!

Yes, I definitely envision Frida having lots of tattoos. And while I'm generally hesitant to give too much description of Frida because she IS a reader insert and I want you to imagine yourself/who you want, I'll share some of my tattoo ideas.

I think she'd have delicate hand tatts, a half-sleeve, some stuff on her ribs. I like delicate tattoos, florals, and constellations/suns/moons... Maybe some watercolors? Like so

ANGELITO Y FRIDA FEELS?? Bitch, me too.

I opined on what I think Frida's tattoos might be before, here. To add to that -- I think she definitely has a sleeve, or a thigh piece? I love the idea of lots of greenery, and a very delicate curving snake, and lots of pretty, minimalist finger ink.

En serio, Frida is who I wish I could be -- an artist with a true heart, but an intrepid spirit. When I write her, I envision idealism, potential, ferocity, and love.

She has become so much bigger than I could ever have imagined, and is entrenched in my heart. (And, I mean, her poems are my originals).

Also, yes, I do have a VERY sensitive heart. LOL what gave it away?? 💜🌿
