#personal#i puked at work so as soon as i finish this one thing i have to leave ):#i love my job and hate having to go home bc sick )':#everyone is all concerned i have a stomach bug though and i get that but i know this kind of feeling and this is bc#of being repeatedly triggered yesterday and not having a chance to recouperate from it#i just don't like taking care of myself it's very hard and i get very avoidant#my job today is to be nice to myself though#so I'm gonna leave soon then go brush my teeth bc yuck and then take a nap most likely and then shower#and then figure out where to go from there once I'm not so ickyfeeling
