i'm torn because on the one hand, 'adam and the general's narratives are both very queer and stand in counterpoint to each other, which i Can't Unsee, and find more compelling as hideously cruel generational trauma than Standard Homophobic Dad Narrative.' on the other, DIVERSITY WIN to shake the heavens
