does anyone else w anxiety (or literally anything) have this thing where they can’t inhale all the way or get like a good breath; like i feel like i can’t breathe or that i’m breathing too shallowly and i have to keep trying to get a good breath until it feels like i’m hyperventilating or until i start yawning to get enough oxygen???

#just pls help me i feel like i’m going crazy #i literally can’t breathe until it’s manual and it’s happening while i’m doing other shit and i should have to think ab breathing to breathe #and sometimes i get like lightheaded bc i can’t stop trying to get a good breath #and if i’m not thinking ab breathing i will literally just stop breathing #idk what’s happening to me and i’m so fucking frustrated bc i can’t just breathe like a normal fucking person #and my parents will notice me just suddenly start breathing rly heavily out of nowhere or they think i’m huffing or sighing or tired #but i’m just trying to breathe #someone help me pls
