I. A HISTORY

“DEATHS: Barnabus Blenkinsop, 25. Body missing. Reward for information.” ─ The Daily Prophet, 8th February 1999.

Mr. Blenkinsop's presumed death occurred on November 20, 1998 and his obituary appeared in the Daily Prophet. A reward was offered for information about what happened to his body since all that was found in his bed at St. Mungo's was a tin of anchovies.

The Blenkinsop family made their money through “trade” and “exploration,” which are both just codewords for seizing territories and poaching wildlife.

They’ve comparable to the mafia in the sense that the extensive family operates within itself as an organized crime unit with a tendency for violence; everyone knows what they do, but no one has the concrete evidence (or balls) to do anything about it.

Plus… dragonhide clothing is all the rage, yeah? Who do you think is out there getting the resources? Those pickled hippogriff eggs (found only in the highest society establishments and incredibly illegal for consumption) that you like so much come from somewhere, right?

Also deal with antique looting for private collectors and played a prominent role in the original horcrux hunt as they were able to track down founders memorabilia and get it by any means necessary.

Weren’t originally anti-muggle, but since the establishment of the Statute of Secrecy became very much so.

The Statute both hurt their business and seemed incredibly unfair; wix were continuously pushed into the underbelly of civilization as muggles were continuously and freely expanding and wix are just supposed… to accommodate that? Be alright with living in hiding and bending over for a race that can’t even wipe their arse without using their hands? Bullshit.

The anti-muggle sentiment only grew and festered over time as wix were persecuted by muggles and forced into hiding and culminated in the Blenkinsops becoming one of the most prominent pureblood families that actively and politically opposed muggles altogether.

Blenkinsops were part of the Knights of Walpurgis and continue to be heavily involved with the Death Eaters.

Anyone who was unfortunate enough to attend Hogwarts with him knows all too well exactly why he’s called “Mads” over Maddoc

ERRATIC. his whirlwind of emotions are either charming or terrifying, and switch so suddenly and quickly it can give you whiplash. his behavior more so. he operates by his own moral codes that’s yet to be deciphered and doesn’t seem to follow any pattern of behavior whatsoever. it’s got its benefits, sure, but the downfalls include: unfinished projects, dropped conversations, and general confusion.

VIOLENT. you don’t get it: one second, he’s smiling, laughing with you, and the next you’re dazed and wondering what it was you said that caused that punch. mads is known for sudden and intense violence; his family is much the same, as their enemies are far too aware of, and rumor on the street is that they all beat the shit out of each other daily. it’s mostly true. while in hogwarts, he earned the reputation of the “attack dog,” jumping into physical altercations at the drop of a hat if he felt it justified.

and IMPULSIVE. his line of work kind of depends on split-second decision making and he’s fortunate enough to excel at that. unfortunately, he’s impulsive to a fault and will go with his gut quicker than he can think not to.

but also RESOURCEFUL. not even mads’ worst enemy would deny his intellect. kid’s fucking smart and able to process information and spit back results in a second; he’s already gone through all the possible outcomes of a problem, he’s already thought thirty steps ahead, he’s already more than prepared for every single plan to go to shit. he’s got this.

BOLD. mads was never one to hold back, whether it be his thoughts, opinions, or feelings. he doesn’t second guess himself and he won’t ever hold back. why live life wishing you did instead of doing?

and PASSIONATE. whether it be his unwavering loyalty bordering all-consuming obsession, or the fire he pours into his every action, or his ability to laugh through tear-streaked cheeks, mads has so much ambition within him it’s hard to contain at all.

ACROMANTULA WEB CORE: Those who are determined, stubborn, cold (cool-natured), fearless, and with a mischievous and/or dark disposition would have this wand core. Having such a wand core suggests that you have firm convictions and have a deeply rooted vindictive nature, but this does not at all mean that you are not capable of caring or loving someone or something in your own way. However, your vindictive nature can often lead you towards revenge when something wrong or unjust is done to you. This makes you less likely to forge strong bonds and/or forgive someone easily. This is one of the best cores to use in the darkest of Dark Magic, particularly with The Unforgivable Curses. It is a wand core predominantly found among those of House Slytherin. If one is thinking about having a wand made with an Acromantula Web core, they’re probably a fan of having their wand confiscated by the authorities. Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare

I realize this is after the release date of QOAAD but you know what? I just finished rereading it and want to share my thoughts.

Synopsis:

REVIEW TIME W/ SPOILERS!

Wow, I freaking loved rereading Lady Midnight. All the feels have returned! This book probably has to be one of my top favorites. It’s just so good! The main characters are well-written and the plot is amazing. The plot twists are so good and contain the perfect amount of shock factor. Seriously. The first time I read this, I was shaken to the core SO MANY TIMES, I had to pause my reading and take in what I had just read. 

Can I just say that I have SO MUCH MORE appreciation for Mark Blackthorn? Man has got the best, and I mean THE BEST character development in TDA ever. In the beginning, he isolates himself and makes it clear that he’s different. He’s angry and alone and broken. The way he flinches from the stele and refuses the runes shows his isolation but at the end, when the whole gang is going to fight Malcolm, he lets Julian draw runes on him AND BOY DID THAT BREAK MY HEART. I loved that scene so so much because Mark has grown so much since the beginning of the book. I also loved his reasons for letting Julian draw runes on him and how it tied to an earlier scene. I don’t make any sense right now so I’ll add in some quotes here: 

“Mark shook his head. ‘When they beat me for saying I was a Shadowhunter, it only made me more sure. I know what I am even if I cannot say it.’... So Mark pressed up against his lover and only friend and whispered into the space between them, where his cold body pressed against Kieran’s warm one. ‘I am a Shadowhunter. I am a Shadowhunter. I am a Shadowhunter.’” (296)

“‘For Tavvy,” Mark said... ‘And,’ Mark added, “because I am a Shadowhunter.’ He looked toward Kieran, ... ‘Because I am a Shadowhunter,’ he said again, his eyes full of a private challenge. ‘Because I am a Shadowhunter.’” (568)

I JUST LOVE THESE SCENES AND MARK AND HIS CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. 

Something I realized towards the end of the book when Jace and Clary show up, was that they’re the same age as Mark. That made me realize that when the TMI gang saw Mark in the Wild Hunt in COHF, they were the same age but had such different fates. The TMI gang were saving the world, Mark was being exiled because of who he was. That made me so sad.

With this reread, I didn’t really love Julian as much as I did the first time around. He’s been through a lot, with having to take care of his siblings and run the institute at 12 years old, but that still doesn’t excuse him for being an asshole. Like don’t get me wrong, I still love the man but he needs to fix his attitude. In the scene where Julian and Emma return to the institute to find the kitchen a mess, Julian just flips out at Mark and says really hurtful things, and I’m just like, Julian... can you stop? And I don’t even think Julian apologized about saying that stuff. Did he?

One thing that bothered me just a bit was when characters were always thinking and/or talking about their love lives in a dire moment. Example: when Cristina and Emma are in the middle of tracking down Sterling, ready to bust through the bar, they’re still talking about the unresolved feelings Emma has towards Julian. Like, you guys need to focus on the task at hand and talk about that stuff later. 

Another thing that bothered me was how Julian and Emma and some others, kept telling Mark to “act normal”. Only days ago did Mark come back from being in the hunt for who knows how long and they already expect him to act like a Shadowhunter? No, that’s not right. And it feels like they barely respect that. 

I never realized how many intimate scenes Emma and Julian have but there were a lot and I loved it. THAT SLOW BURN LOVE KILLS ME. Every time they had a moment together, they would stop it before it went any further or they were interrupted and I would always die in agony. I just want Emma and Julian to have a happy ending, goddamnit! Let these precious children not suffer anymore and give them the life they deserve!

The bond and amount of love the characters in this book have for each other is the purest thing ever. I just adore the way Cassandra Clare has written this family. The sacrifices they will make for each other, the lengths they will go to protect each other, everything makes my heart swell. Like at the end where the gang is facing down the Followers, Ty and Livvy are cornered but Dru comes in and shouts for Malcolm to back the fuck off because if he touches them, she will kill him and man, the feels were everywhere. The small bits where we got to see Ty, Livvy, and Dru were so nice because we barely get anything about them in this book.

With The Dark Artifices being a new series in the already developed Shadowhunter world, the world building needs to be brief but thorough so that readers who haven’t read TMI or TID can still understand how the world works. I found that there were moments where it was info-dumpy but one scene that I found very clever that has to do with world building was the classroom scene. The children are being tested by Diana on their knowledge of the Shadowhunter world and rules and laws. It’s so nicely added because it has context to the plot. They’re going to be tested by the Clave so the review is necessary. 

The friendship between Cristina and Emma was so nice to see because in TMI and TID, we didn’t get a lot of strong female friendships. Emma and Cristina’s was so real and relatable. The way they lean on each other and can tell each other everything is so nice to see. I want to see more female friendships like this. With that being said, seeing more of Emma and Clary’s friendship would be nice too.

The female characters in this book has got to be my favorite thing. First, Emma. I freaking love Emma Carstairs. I really enjoyed how even though Emma is compared to Jace, Cassandra Clare doesn’t write Emma as a carbon copy. There are some ways they are similar i.e: their joking in a serious situation and level of skills and determination. But they are in so many ways different. I won’t go into detail because this is about Emma, not Jace. Emma is so fierce and sassy and I love it. If you’ve read my other reviews, you know I love my sassy female characters. Although Emma is strong physically and mentally and is humorous, she has vulnerabilities, she shows her emotions. She isn’t your typical strong female heroine. Also, she doesn’t use her parents death and her traumatic past as an excuse to being an asshole. She’s no asshole but like we see so many characters who are rude and abusive, use their traumatic past as a pass and that’s not right. 

Cristina Rosales is QUEEN. She is embodies the word non-judgmental. She sees things from both perspectives and makes valid arguments. Cristina is so damn smart. I love how she can be very nice and caring but also a stone-cold badass when she needs to. Like when Sterling called Emma a bitch, Cristina slaps the shit out of him and stands for Emma. Again, QUEEN.

Although we didn’t get a lot of Diana, what we did get from her was amazing. She is so freaking smart! She pieced every clue about Malcolm together and solved it before any of the others could. Yeah, she should’ve told the others but Diana wanted to get rid of the problem herself. That was why she was at the convergence by herself. She was going to fight off Malcolm and save Tavvy before the others even knew of it and could possibly die themselves. It’s very dangerous but Diana is a pure soul.

I admire the way Cassandra Clare writes that Mark is bisexual. It doesn’t leave readers assuming or leaving his sexual orientation open-ended. One thing I absolutely love about the Shadowhunter Chronicles is the amount of diversity she has in these books. She gives us characters of color, of different sexual orientations, of different beliefs, of different disabilities. It’s so broad and it’s freaking amazing. 

All in all, I loved rereading this book so much. I noticed so many different things and it was really refreshing. I’m currently rereading Lord of Shadows as well and will hopefully be posting a review about it. 4.5/5 stars!

What could RT be thinking putting BMBLB there while they just put two songs earlier for Blake and monkey-boy? Also, making Blake blush at monkey-boy's antics and having him as a date in the school dance and all that winking-flirting shiz. And now they're trying to push through with BB? Are they doing it for the views and for milking out from fans? That's just not cool. Building up BS and teasing BB now...unless you could prove me wrong here...?

well, to counter your first point, they didn’t put two songs earlier for Blake and Sun

Not Fall In Love With You wasn’t written for the show, it was a song Jeff wrote back in his boy band days that he just wanted to use (and the scene it’s used in you can barely hear it anyway), it’s a very, very generic, one-sided love song - i mean look at the lyrics of it and try to think of any time they would work for Blake/Sun; hell, try and make sense of it in the context of Sun’s character, he’s not exactly the type to say “You’re my PYT/My cherie amour”

Like Morning Follows Night, from what we’ve heard of it, while it’s about the two of them, isn’t a love song. it’s clearly following the same argument they had throughout volume 4, Blake haunted and chased by her past and Sun refusing to leave her alone and being dismissive of her past and her want for space. we’ve had about half the song so far and the word love isn’t even used once (it also contains the line ‘i won’t endanger one more friend’)

by comparison, the 30 seconds we’ve got so far of BMBLB makes it undeniably a love song and undeniably about Blake and Yang because they are the only Bumblebee actually mentioned in the show

Blake blushed at all of one antic, and that’s when he was pointing her out in front of a huge crowd - mild embarrassment and flattery are a reasonable explanation for that

date for the school dance? Blake specifically said she was technically going with him - because they were arriving together and she was throwing him a bone because he’d asked her before - but her first dance, with Yang, was spoken for

and the winking-flirting stuff was all one-sided on Sun’s part - but don’t forget, Yang has winked at and made flirty comments to Blake in the past too

there is very little build-up to Blake/Sun, it’s incredibly shallow (because Sun is an incredibly shallow character with the bare rudiments of a personality, minimal backstory and no motivations beyond ‘gravitate around Blake’), Sun spends most of their shared screen-time annoying her (and rightfully so because he keeps making fun of her and not respecting her space or privacy) and Blake’s made a point in the past that she wants to be seen for who she is, not what. Sun’s reasons for liking Blake are as follows, “she’s a Faunus, she’s pretty, she’s a good fighter” - these are all what reasons, and the one (1) comment he has made about her personality has been this: “Where’s Blake, she still being all Blakey?” - he frames her then bad temper, brought on by her issues and the sheer exhaustion caused by it, as a problem inherent to her personality, and something he clearly doesn’t like and doesn’t want to deal with, as he asks this in an expectant tone like he thinks someone on her team should have dealt with it already

Yang meanwhile clearly understands Blake on a level no other character is shown to, which is why she was the one to get through to her at her lowest point, and her compliments towards Blake once they get to know each other are about who Blake is - “I love it when you’re feisty!” “You’re never one to back down from a challenge”

Blake is also always serious when interacting with Sun, we don’tsee her silly side, where she joins in on the fun like we do when she’s around Yang - Sun’s goofing around tends to piss Blake off more, because it’s usually inappropriate to the moment and/or at someone elses expense

Blake and Yang have had numerous moments across the series, in each others company - they care deeply about one another and their narratives are now wholly intertwined by what Adam, Blake’s ex who Yang has numerous parallels (but ultimately contrasts) with, did to them. a scene that deliberately used the word ‘love’ when Adam was threatening Blake just before Yang appeared (and Yang was the one to run to Blake when she heard Blake was fighting the White Fang, Sun, meanwhile, was right there and didn’t react, so…), and is framed very much as ‘old flame vs new flame’. that the scenes are using similar story tools as the ones used with Pyrrha/Jaune (a trend across volumes 2 and 3, nearly every Pyrrha/Jaune scene happens close to a Blake/Yang scene or scenes - with parallels and similar themes in these scenes. for example, in Burning the Candle, the Blake/Yang scene has Yangopening up to Blake about her past and being supportive and encouraging of Blake, and then making a lighthearted, open offer of a dance at the end. these are paralleled in Pyrrha opening up about how lonely her fame has made her at the dance, Pyrrha offering support and encouragement to Jaune during their training session and when he’s about to go ask Weiss to the dance again, and then Jaune making the lighthearted joke about wearing a dress. both lighthearted joke promises are also kept - Blake takes Yang up on the offer of a dance, she didn’t have to, arriving at the dance would’ve been enough, but they danced, likewise, Jaune kept his word and put on a dress because Pyrrha didn’t get a date, and Pyrrha says that he didn’t have to) which absolutely had a canon basis

when Yang talks about what they lost in the battle of Beacon, it’s very clear that Blake leaving without explanation hit her the worst. when Blake brings up her team at the end of volume 4, she explicitly says she loves them more than she ever thought she could love anyone (and ‘anyone’ would include Sun there), and there’s hesitation and her voice cracks when she mentions Yang - her feelings there are clearly more complex than with the rest of her team

for what could be considered ‘build up’ for Blake/Sun, there is far more for Blake/Yang, and on top of that, Yang does not annoy Blake - Blake being around Yang also immediately marked a change in her character, she ‘brightened up’ and joined in the silliness of Yang and Ruby within 24 hours of their team being official, Yang breaks through to Blake in Burning the Candle when she’s in a very dark place (Gray Haddock, head of RT animation, voice of Roman and was a producer on the show, even said in the commentary for that episode that Yang is light and Blake is in shadows, and Yang lights up Blake’s darkness - which fits her name as Yang means ‘light’ or ‘sun’)

little sidenote - but they do have that perfect little yin-yang thing going on, Yang is light, Blake is darkness (Yang has blonde hair and purple eyes, Blake has black hair and yellow eyes), Yang has that sunny disposition but she hides a lot of hurt, Blake is dark and brooding but has a lighter, sillier side. the two also have symbols that resemble flames. they’re complementary, they have contrasts and similarities and they clicked from the moment Blake chose Yang as her partner in the forest. Blake and Sun don’t have that, because his name means ‘monkey’, his theming is that he’s a monkey (it’s even his symbol), and that’s it

and i don’t know if you’ve been paying attention to the cast and crew but, Blake/Yang comes up a lot with them - Arryn and Barb, their actresses, have always vocally supported the ship (and once on her youtube channel before she closed it, Arryn was asked if she preferred Adam or Sun as a romantic option for Blake and refused to pick because she doesn’t like either of them and she’s said before that Blake/Yang is the only one that makes sense to her), Gray Haddock when on the Fan Service podcast has said that it’s one of his favourite ships in all of media. there’s a t-shirt for the ship, there are numerous teases to it in Chibi (by comparison, Blake has interacted with Sun all of once in that show, and there was one gag where she mistook Jaune for Sun while being very disinterested in him), the advertising for Chibi season 2 had this, and in general, whenever ships for the show come up, Blake/Yang is almost always mentioned alongside Ren/Nora and Pyrrha/Jaune. by comparison, Blake/Sun rarely, if ever, comes up

so this ‘teasing’ doesn’t come out of nowhere with no buildup when they’ve been talking about it for years, but this is almost always dismissed as just ‘trolling the fans’. but RT don’t have a history of ‘trolling the fans’ with their scripted content - at least not in such a malicious way (because doing this just to pull the rug out would be queerbaiting at this point). but consider the opposite, consider that they might be trolling the fans in a different way and have heterobaited Blake/Sun. if you’re willing to believe they would tease Blake/Yang so hard just to “troll the fans” you have to be willing to believe they would do the same with Blake/Sun

from the beginning, RT have been talking about including LGBT characters in the show, that the LGBT characters are here already and as the show goes on and these characters discover more about themselves, this will come to light. doing this, representing not only a big chunk of their fanbase, but also their openly LGBT employees, cast and crew would be fantastic. last year in their other shows they had LGBT characters, Day 5 had Ally, one of the protagonists and driving force of half the plot, who was a lesbian. RvB14 had a two part story with two lesbians in leadership roles and another story which revealed that Epsilon-Church (one of the core characters of the entire franchise) is bisexual - representation matters and while they’ve dropped the ball before, they’re aware of it and they’re trying to take strides (even if those strides should be larger)

so i highly doubt it’d be for ‘views and milking it’ especially as the fanbase is already there and ready for it, and at this point, backing out would be queerbaiting and cause a veritable shitstorm, which they’re going to be keenly aware of

what we’ve heard from BMBLB is that it’s a love song from the perspective of one half of the ship. we’ve seen these before in Boop and Dream Come True, and those came into their own in later volumes, so in including BMBLB on the volume 4 soundtrack, they’re suggesting that, well, not only is Yang definitely LGBT, but that the ship will be coming in and developing romantically over the next couple volumes

They can also allow others temporarily to be able to astral project, block others from astral projecting, sending them back to their bodies if they had already projected. This beam may cause very little harm to a physical body as it is meant to be used on spiritual bodies. The beam is only 5ft in diameter and cannot go any further than 20 ft away from the user. The user may only create four portals every 6 turns. It takes a large amount of concentration to link a portal to another dimensional plane. [IC]«Ability Five» [C]-Combustion Inducement: Users can increase the kinetic energy of atoms and molecules causing them to ignite. This process creates heat and light, that user can use. [IC]«Limits» [C]-Since this power doesn’t allow manipulation of sub-atomic particles, it can’t be used to create completely new elements/atoms. Unwanted destruction of an area could be caused due to the possibility of splitting an atom. The force-field only lasts for three turns at the maximum. The force-field may be broken by attacks of greater power or strength than his own. The force-field loses 10% of its strength every time it gets hit. The cancellation only cancels out electrical energy. The cancellation works as a field that goes around the user in every direction until it reaches the 30ft limit. The field only lasts for 2 turns and can’t be used again for another 3 turns. Only 8 orbs can be generated at once. The largest orbs are the size of a beachball. The kinetic energy of the atoms of an object may be warmed again. The lowest temperature that the user may make things are -300°F. The kinetic energy of the atoms may be made cold again. The highest temperature that the ignitions can cause are 300°F. [BIC]«~Core Power Four~» [C]-Gravity Manipulation: User can create, shape and manipulate gravitation, a natural phenomenon by which all physical bodies attract each other, and gravitons, hypothetical elementary particles that mediate the force of gravitation. User can bend gravity to make the environment very “heavy” or “light”, cause objects to “fall” toward another object instead of the earth (“nexus inducing”), flatten objects, and generate miniature black holes to compress objects into oblivion. They can repel and attract matter and energy regardless of its mass or move objects in a manner similar to telekinesis. Offensive uses of this power include repulsing people or objects with such force to shatter practically anything, increasing gravity to crush or immobilize opponents, decreasing it to render them defenseless, or surrounding one’s body in a gravitational field to amplify physical strength. Defensive uses include creating a gravitational force-field to repel all manner of attacks or anchoring oneself to the ground. [IC]«Ability One» [C]-Increase: The user can increase gravity causing various effects. This ability includes the basics along with some advanced uses. The basics include: [C]•Increasing someone’s weight up until the point that their body slowly gets crushed. Only 8 tons may be added to their body. [C]•Crushing objects with another object from above by adding weight onto it. Only 8 tons may be added to an object. [C]•Slowing projectiles down and messing up their trajectory by making them heavier [C]•Making projectiles or even people get sucked towards the ground with around 8 tons of pressure at the max. [C]The advanced uses include: [C]•Increasing gravity in one spot to the point that a black hole is generated. The black hole can only get up to the size of the user themself. [C]•Increasing the weight of the water contained within clouds to cause rain or hail to fall. Keep in mind that the water is heavier, so the hail balls could weigh up to 8 tons and the raindrops could weigh around 4 tons at the most. [C]•Increasing the weight of the air in a certain area to make it harder from an enemy to breath or even making it impossible for them to breath unless they have a passive to allow them to breathe anyways or not need to breathe. The most amount of weight that could possibly be added to the air is 8 tons. [C]•Increasing the amount of gravity pulling against an internal part of one’s body. Only 8 tons can be applied to the internal part of the body. [IC]«Ability Two» [C]-Decrease: The user can decrease gravity, causing various effects. This ability includes the basics along with some advanced uses. The basics include: [C]•Decreasing someone’s weight to the point of multiplying their speed by around 5x [C]•Speeding up projectiles by decreasing the amount of gravity around them [C]•Stopping the destruction of another object by decreasing its weight [C]•Making people or objects go farther than they would have with normal or increased gravity [C]The advanced uses include: [C]•Decreasing gravity in one spot to the point that a white hole is generated. The white hole can only get up to the size of the user themself. [C]•Decreasing the weight of the water contained within clouds to cause rain or hail to stop falling from the sky. [C]•Decreasing the weight of the air in a certain area to make it easier for someone to breath. [IC]«Ability Three» [C]-Floortilt: The user can negate the effects of gravity within a certain area (large or small) and create a new gravitational force on another surface, such as the surface of a ceiling, meaning that they can walk on them with ease and no adverse effects. The user can transform gravity in a certain being or area whether it be a person, animal, house, a city or even a planet, causing things to be caught in a newly changed gravitational pull. [IC]«Ability Four» [C]-Imprisonment: The user can bind, imprison or otherwise stop objects and beings by increasing the gravity around them or by creating a gravitational vortex or barrier. They can increase the gravitational field keeping the target in place to ensure they stay still or potentially crush them and do serious damage. [IC]«Ability Five» [C]-Gravity Bomb: The user can create explosives that are infused with gravitons. The effects can be controlled by users, from increased gravity, reduced gravity, or even a complete reversal of gravity for everything in the explosion radius. These explosions can usually be thrown or projected. [IC]«Limits» [C]- The user is unable to create gravity, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources. Users of Gravity Negation or Physical Forces Immunity can ignore gravity. The user may only do what is listed in the first two ability slots. Other limits are included within the first two abilities. The largest range for this ability is a city block. The floortilt only lasts for 5 turns at the most and may only be used once per battle. User can call upon the comets, meteors, asteroids, stars, moons, planets, nebula, quasars, and dark matter. They can generate stellar winds, solar flares, cosmic storms and invoke meteor showers. User doesn’t usually actually summon a planet/celestial object or control and manipulate its movement (as that would result in it being obliterated), but they can summon and control its energy. Distance, mass, precision, etc. depend upon of the knowledge, skill, and strength of the user, and their power’s natural limits. The largest possible meteor that the user is capable of summoning is a meteor going 10 ft within every direction. The highest possible speed for the meteors are Mach 2.5. The hottest meteor he may summon is 400°F. The heaviest meteor he can summon is 14 tons. He may decide to summon multiple, but the maximum traits of the best meteors will be divided equally amongst the multiple. The user can only send out 400 Solar bullets. Each solar bullet is only 1 inch in every direction. Every bullet may only travel at a speed of Mach 2. The user may only generate 200 swords worth of Lotus flowers. Imagine 200 swords bursting into Lotus flowers. The Lotus flowers only travel at the speed of sound at the very most and are the size of the average Lotus flower. The only places that the user may teleport are on the Earth unless they are on a different planet, moon, etc. He may only teleport 30 feet away from his current location as any larger distances will multiply the energy usage by 2 per foot. The blade acts much like the Tessaiga from Inuyasha due to it releasing a fang shaped wave of energy upon slicing the air. Unlike the Tessaiga, the blade is neither evil nor good and the wave of energy released from its blade can slice through almost anything including pocket dimensions.
