hmm. Just finished Murtagh and it was very 🤷♀️
#it felt less like a chripao novel and more like a very very well-executed fanfiction#like 100k of murtagh character study rather than plot-driven dragon action#except it was super simplistic and predictable. hmmm#I just. bwaah#The Inheritance Cycle was my most favorite book series ever as a kid. There are no words for how deeply I had Inheritance brainrot at age12#and having such a meh followup to the series does not make me excited for inheritance 5#maybe. I will not be reading number five if it comes out#I don’t want to disturb my idyllic memories of the inheritance cycle from my childhood#augh#sadge
