top gun maverick might be one of few movies where i’m not mad at the fact that they basically remade the original movie but with a couple twists
#the force awakens is on this list too#but man this was an enjoyable movie#but then again i got to see some jon hamm which is always a treat#and glen powell playing yet another loveable asshole#the romance could’ve just been cut altogether because it added exactly 0 to the plot#they really gave jennifer conolly the sexy lamp treatment#but hot dudes and great action sequences? recipe for success if you ask me#top gun maverick
