i've been kinda bossing it with my workouts lately. i'm so impressed with myself 😭
#and to think the first week of the month i was freaking out because i had to go on a low fiber diet#and chug a ton of laxatives because. well. we all know why. and i couldnt get out of bed for like 6 days#so much bread. so much lying down. i was worried reasons obvious. but i think i needed that? omg#as soon as i got back into the swing of things it's been insane both just seeing the visual changes but also#experiencing it? like i've set prs at least 3 times in the past four days#i love being healthy. this is so much better than blacking out every time i stand up and being too cold to function
