#kats personal#its like. when you start feeling anxious about smth#and then you tell urself thats just u being anxious and everythings fine#but then someone tells u smth that kinda affirms the anxiety? like validates it?#and thej you get more anxious and theres. theres no 'evidence' for the anxiety/for the occurance of the thing ur anxious about#but like.#its like that 'if i hade a nickel for every time [thing] i would have two nickels. which isnt a lot but its strange it happened twice' meme#or however it goes#but also not exactly like that meme but also in my head it makes sense#ANYWAYS im just being super vague bc i feel like actually telling anyone the anxiety eould kinda. make it more realistic#and also i would have no clue hoe to tw tag this so ππ#WELP good luck to me for the next 48hrs or so
