I subluxed my left shoulder while I was sleeping
#I’m in so much gods damn pain rn#as it is my right shoulder already has a pinched nerve or something bc the tips of my fingers have been slightly numb for like 2 weeks now#and now bc of my left shoulder I’m walking around like the 80s Batman that can just turn his head to look to the side#he has to turn his whole torso#that’s me rn#I can’t even lay down rn with out pain#I went to make a snack earlier and was in so much pain I almost passed out and threw up 🙃#it hurts to breathe#and I just choked on my own spit 🥲💀#I’m done with today#it’s only 2:16 in the morning but I’m done#shut up rian
