Writing my ideas for American Dad episodes when at work!! (American Dad writers r you hiring 😭) These may be a little similar to past episodes but this is just my brainstorming when I can't sit down and write requests. Also these are going to be really weird because it's just me word vomiting.

1. Francine encourages Stan to spend father-son time with Steve, Steve has his own plans. Jeff goes to his annual checkup.

2. Roger's new persona is the leader of a large drug den in Langely, while Wheels and the Legman work to take him down, Stan rushes to beat them first to impress Bullock.

3. The CIA throws Stan a surprise birthday and things do not go well, the rest of the family scrambles to find last minute gifts.

4. Francine tries to work on finding new hobbies and discovers she's very good at doing other people's makeup. Stan hides from the families attempts of putting said makeup on him.

I saw another post on here talking about how American Dad should and needs to talk about Steve and Snot more??? And I agree 100%:

5. Proms coming up and in order to not look like a loser, Steve must take someone, and he must pick between Snot and Debbie.

6. On Valentines Day, Steve gets more and more romantic and charming love letters and must follow the trail to see who is sending them (spoiler it's Snot). Roger and Klaus go to a Valentines Day Speed Dating event.

7. Steve attempts to come out to his family but everyone is seemingly busy, busy, busy with something. Cue Steve going to Roger for help.

I might add more to said list as I think of them but here are more:

8. Stan gets sick and turns into a giant baby, Francine makes Haley in charge of taking care of him and Haley makes Jeff do it.

9. The family plans a cross country vacation for summer break but Roger comes to them asking for a favor.

10. After adopting a pet, Roger gets jealous and tries to sabotage it so the family will return it but ends up loving the damn pet so much that he steals it.

11. Klaus gets into a commited relationship and tells the family that it's his 6 month anniversary and he's going to go around town and get stuff for them. Haley, Steve and Jeff follow him around town to try to peace together who this person might be.

Season 16 Posters

Here's another collection of posters I did "American Dad," this time from my second season working on the show. "Dressed Down" and "The Fast and the Spurious" were direct parodies of existing movies ("Phantom Thread" and "Sunshine" respectively) so I had the fun opportunity to mimic the original poster art. In a similar vein, for "Beyond the Alcove" I tried to mimic the hand lettering of designer Pablo Ferro, whose opening credits for "Dr. Strangelove" are among the best film in film history. Season 16 Fun Facts: -My board partner on "Dressed Down" was Pam Cooke, who had previously served as a director during the first fourteen seasons of "American Dad." She retired after finishing up her last show, "The Last Ride of the Dodge City Rambler," in Season 14 but came back to freelance during Season 16. I never met her while I was in the office so it was cool to share a credit with her.

-All the softball sequences in "A League of His Own" were boarded by director Josue Cervantes. How the hell he managed to do this while also supervising everyone else I will never know. -The awful pizza place in "The Fast and the Spurious" was originally called CiCi's Pizza, a real-life restaurant chain. Due to some, uh, "complications" it was changed to SoSo's Pizza. This proved difficult as the CiCi's logo was originally in almost every shot of the spaceship restaurant sequences.

-"Gernot and Strudel" was the first episode I boarded where I felt that maybe I wasn't a complete fraud and that hiring me wasn't a mistake. So that was nice.
