Seeing the news of the tunnel collapse in Uttarakhand which was going to be an ambitious road infrastructure project connecting various Hindu pilgrimage sites there- I am reminded of this report by Jammu Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society (JKCCS) and EQUATIONS team on the case of Amarnath.
