oh man i am going through it
#hard to navigate the world when you remember the people who rejected you and who you also cared deeply about#and the processing happens in waves. stillness and then a wave so much bigger than myself#hard to move through the world feeling deeply stung by the smallest betrayals#it’s like — are they small or am i just reminded of the past?#is this valid or am i overreacting?#am i experiencing that paranoia that emerges from loneliness or am i at least somewhat correct?#experiencing this sucks man. it SUCKS#and yes the foundation of all this was laid down back in childhood#like yes my psyche and perception of the world#was informed by my childhood trauma#yes it’s dysfunctional yes i relive the pain of the past over and over#nothing more real than The Cycles!!!#text
