Russian channel TVRain is back (on YT and also in Latvia, Georgia, The Netherlands and France!) after they’ve got a ‘foreign agent’ designation and then have been blocked by the goverment in March for an anti-war agenda.

Tikhon Dzyadko, channel’s editor-in-chief, said:

‘Today, the citizens of Russia need access to independent information, so it is especially important for us to return to the air. We, like tens of millions of Russians, want the war to end and Russia to return to development from catastrophes and destruction. We want to unite on the TVRain platform those who think the same way as we do, no matter where these people are. Everyone has their own reasons to stay in Russia or leave. The location cannot and should not be a dividing line. Readiness or not readiness to speak should not be a dividing line.
