sometimes you just have to cut off your hour long depressive spiral by rememberring that youre on your period so your hormones hate you rn and also its 1:30 in the fucking morning so like maybe youre not actually incapable of ever truly loving anyone and you should just eat a little snack and get some sleep

#apparently the trick to snapping myself out of a crisis is just to remind myself that my cat trusts me completely #and that ive earned that trust through several years of continually proving myself trustworthy so like maybe im not unloveable #or undeserving of love #anyways my cat is great and i love him and he trusts me enough to sleep around me #and even when hes scared or stressed like around new animals or at the vet or whatever and wanting to get away and hide #he never scratches or bites me #even when hes super freaked out he never hurts me even when most cats would lash out to get you to let them go or whatever #and like idk i feel like that means he really cares about me and also trusts me #and cats dont put that much trust in people without having a reason so i must have been treating him well through all the years ive been #taking care of him #and oh great now im all emotional about my cat but hey im not extra depressy anymore so im considering this a win #also wow im really rambly rn oops i should really get some sleep now ive got work in the morning ugh
