sometimes i make the mistake of looking at the average media fan’s take on characters (especially antagonists) and i have to get off my phone and walk my dog before i lose it because the amount of people who will see Evil McAbuser, the Racist Rapist, and then decide theyre a tragic hero because of a “redemptive” moment…. no wonder the world is a hellhole people are so easily swayed by the dumbest things
