update on Borscht Saga: I added 3 times as much cabbage as I was supposed to on accident and then had to kind of spoon out big chunks of beet-onion-carrot-cabbage and put them in a tupperware for. ????
BUT the soup ended up tasting GOOD and it was as extravagantly red as I wanted it to be so :)
