I take the time to floss and use a waterpik...
Then, I walk away and scroll on Tumblr for 30 minutes and wonder why can't I just focus and brush my teeth
#i did eventually brush my teeth#but no mouthwash today...too much energy :/#also if you struggle with brushing your teeth then i def recommend in investing in a waterpik#buy some floss and mouthwash too because yes you need them alongside with brushing#it's easier when you think of it as a 3 step process and dont nag yourself about not brushing your teeth#just think of the steps and have them all out on the counter within view#buying EXTRA hygiene equipment like the waterpik seems to help with doing hygiene...#like if i struggle to wash my face but then i invest in those face masks then i'll be encouraged to wash my face#it doesnt have to be anything youre really excited about either..#just buy extra of something in the hygeine department that will help you with hygeine#buy baby powder. lotion. bath bombs. washcloths. nice towels. etc#add something to your routine even if you feel like you dont have a personal hygeine routine!#even if you suck at personal hygiene help yourself by investing in it#//i should make these tags a separate post
