i feel like death and i have a lot of stuff to get done but we have a friend visiting and i somehow ended up being in charge of her????  luckily i was able to ask a friend to let her stay with her (wow confusing pronouns sorry) so the visiting friend is no longer staying at my place but i still feel like it’s my responsibility to entertain this girl???  but like...she has literally zero idea of what she wants to do besides go to dlp which i really don’t have the time or energy for especially since i’m getting sicker by the day and this idea didn’t even come up until yesterday so i didn’t really budget time for it and i really don’t have time to go museum hopping with her either (which is on me too since i did jackshit workwise this past week) but like yesterday we went to the musée d’orsay aka one of my fave museums and she just seemed kinda disinterested and just whatever and yeah part of that could’ve been tiredness and jetlag but like she didn’t even seem to show a vague interest in any of the art????  and i’m like ?????  that’s a fucking manet?????  show some appreciation????  it doesn’t help that we’re both painfully quiet people who are bad at smalltallk either....i’m just k;aldk;gha;lk

anyways i’m going to suffer through today and prob just give her suggestions of what to do for tomorrow bc i am too tired and too sick to do touristy shit all weekend plus i’ve got two short papers to write that i’ve barely started.  oh well.  at least today we’re going to some places where the Monstas (aka monsta x) went in one of their recent videos so maybe i can convince myself to be excited enough just for that
