i have mixed feelings on operation deadly omen. i like the acog return to form type of thing they have goin on. i think the 1.5 and 2x scopes were maybe a bit too much, the simplicity of 1x and 2.5x can be good too
but there are a few things i definitely dont like, one of them being the slower ads time. i just dont like it, i think that it was good where it was. even if they wanted to slow it down, they shouldnt have made it as sluggish as it is now imo
but what i hate MORE is the rest of the attachment changes. i mean, theyre not even fucking realistic. an ANGLED GRIP doesnt assist with reload speed, shouldve kept it as it was. and a LASER SIGHT doesnt help you aim down sights faster, IT SHOULD HELP WITH HIPFIRE WHY DID YOU NEED TO CHANGE THAT???
anyway i like deimos, his ability is solid in certain scenarios and it helps if you have a coordinated stack (which i do not, me and my friends are all bumbling idiots). i like seeing the ak74m get some love, and his vendetta is overpowered itll be nerfed by next season at the latest
overall i think this is a pretty good season. i’m happy to see the game return to its roots in a number of ways. i’m a bit disgruntled with the attachment-related changes, but overall the new content introduced has been really good and i’m enjoying myself. props to ubi on this one
