Calmness How often do you stay with yourself? With no distractions? No background music, no gadgets in hands, no small talk with neighbours. Just you and your thoughts. It looks like lately I appreciate these moments more. As I said I couple of posts earlier, I got extremely busy, and I figured that sometimes you only need to zoom out and be with yourself for a couple of minutes, and it helps you to concentrate again.
